Your staff was incredible, kind and very helpful. The entire experience was outstanding! Thank you for treating us so well. From start to finish the hotel thinks about the pleasing the guest. It is tough to find this kind of professionalism and hospitality today.

Beautiful rooms, great service, multiple pools, gorgeous beach, great restaurant overlooking the ocean. What more can you ask for? And the inn is located inside the Watercolor community which is chock full of gorgeous homes and perfectly landscaped public spaces. It's a dream!

Overall, it's a beautiful place to stay. Nice rooms, plenty of pools, the food was, of course, overpriced at the pool and mediocre. Except the restaurant Fish Out of Water, which was excellent. The main pool at the hotel is only for hotel guests, not Watercolor residence, and it wasn't heated. No one was in it since it was freezing in mid-October. Definitely visit camp watercolor if you have kids, so fun! They do not offer cribs/pack-n-plays. You would need to rent or bring this. Beach chairs are not included as stated on the amenity board at the entrance of the hotel. If you are acustomized to AI, please note that you need to book these the day before, and they remove chairs before sunset. No one will tell you this. We had a bizarre incident occur and were treated with care and concern.

Came here to participate in the 30A Songwriters festival. Great experience! Love the hotel. Friendly folks at the desk that greeted me every time I walked in or out. Had help getting my things from the car. Awesome. There’s a great restaurant that’s part of the resort as well. Great food. Leans toward the expensive side so you dollar savers might wanna stop by the local Publix in the way if you’re trying save up for another trip.

Full disclosure, we were not guests and did not know this resort was private. Stopped by for a drink and were met by the most gracious staff I've ever encountered. The management should be incredibly proud of how the employees greet registered guests as well as potential guests. We were informed that the resort was only open to registered guests and then proceeded to allow us to stay a bit and relax after a long walk. Everyone we encountered was the same way- greeted us, smiled, and made us feel welcome. We are regular visitors to Seaside and look forward to staying at WaterColor Inn at a future date. Because if the stay is as lovely as the first impression this serene and gorgeous resort is a wise choice. Thank you Theo for your smile and your patience.

We are a family of 5 so hard to find comfortable accommodations where we are not on top of each other in one room. Watercolor Inn set up was awesome! Some of us were sick (bad colds) during our visit so we had to stay in more than intended but no better place to convalesce. We MUST get a re-do so we can experience all the area has to offer.

Excellent amenities. Great location. Very friendly staff. Arrived past 6:00 p.m. and had no problems with check in. Had dinner at Fish Out of Water. Even with the late hour, the staff were attentive and kind. New menu was good. We were in town for 48 hours and this was the perfect place to stay for a quick visit.

This is a perfect place in a perfect area. Whoever designed this space was very talented. It is always a great place to stay anytime of year. I highly recommend Watercolor Inn to anyone who is thinking about coming to this area. In my opinion it is the best.
