The water, the beach, the rooms, the location. It’s all magical. I’ve been here three times and we will come again. We will be bringing family next and staying in a home or suite. It was our anniversary and it was perfect. Champagne and cake in our room. Everyone is friendly.

Came here to participate in the 30A Songwriters festival. Great experience! Love the hotel. Friendly folks at the desk that greeted me every time I walked in or out. Had help getting my things from the car. Awesome. There’s a great restaurant that’s part of the resort as well. Great food. Leans toward the expensive side so you dollar savers might wanna stop by the local Publix in the way if you’re trying save up for another trip.

Overall this was an amazing vacation experience! FOOW was an amazing dining experience able to accommodate our dietary restrictions safely. Judy provided amazing service! We dined here for 3 meals during our 5 day 4 night stay! The ocean views are simply amazing! The beach set up was perfect. The front desk staff are excellent.

A wonderful resort located on the beach with very friendly and patient staff! Lots of different types of pools and great for kids and adults. Nice shopping and great restaurants within the resort and close by! We plan to return in the near future!

Pleasant, laid back vibe. You can easily walk or bike to many places; but, if you want to venture further it’s an easy drive to many other locations: Watersound, Rosemary, & Alys beaches, as well as shopping in Sandestin. The rooms are comfortable (no desks though for those who still need to do some work, and no business center), bathrooms have nice, big showers with dual shower heads and double sink vanities. The staff we encountered were all fantastic :-) This was our first stay at Watercolor Inn and we would not hesitate to return!

Everything was just as good as it could get. The staff was very helpful and so nice. The location is amazing, the rooms were great, and the food at the watercolor were very good!

We had an amazing time, we loved everything about the trip from the free bike’s to the sweet treat suite. The kids thought that was so amazing to have that option at night time.

Beautiful Resort perfectly located at watercolor. Staff was very friendly and the beaches are beautiful! Can not go wrong staying here.
