The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-8 minute walk from the light rail station. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport, though there can be a bit of a wait. This shuttle also conveniently takes guests to nearby restaurants. The service at the hotel was excellent, especially a Chinese-speaking staff member who spoke Cantonese and understood Mandarin. She was very friendly and even recommended some great local restaurants. However, the hotel inexplicably charged an unauthorized, substantial fee. After intervention from Trip.com, they acknowledged the error and promptly refunded the amount.

Our flight departed early, so we only had 10 hours to rest at the hotel. The customer service team helped pack breakfast for us. We were very grateful that the driver who took us to the airport saw us both off. Staying here was a very smart choice.

Overall, it was okay. The breakfast was extremely monotonous, with only a few items. Also, parking costs $15 a day, which I wasn't aware of beforehand. I parked for 5 days and had to pay $75.

After arriving at the airport, I called the hotel and waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle bus at the designated pick-up point. The hotel seems to be located near a road, as it was a bit noisy at night. The room was adequate for our stay. There's also a shuttle bus service every half hour in the morning. Breakfast was a simple American style, but the taste was quite ordinary. The cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the towels, could be improved slightly. The price was acceptable.

This hotel offers good value for a short stay near the airport. It has basic facilities, good hygiene, and decent service. I was particularly impressed when we arrived late at night: the front desk staff warmly answered my call and promptly sent a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Check-in was also quick and convenient, which left a very positive impression on me. Don't be too picky about the breakfast; it's a standard American continental breakfast. I noticed that most of the guests at breakfast were American seniors traveling to Seattle, so it seems even locals consider this a good budget-friendly option.

Had a great experience. I've already mentioned the issues, so now I'll highlight some small positives. They offer a self-serve waffle station at breakfast, which was really fun. You just pour in the batter, spin it around a few times, and in a moment, it's perfectly toasted.
