Located behind Alaska Airlines. The breakfast is simple but well-organized. They have a shuttle bus for both pick-up and drop-off. It's also within walking distance. A good experience overall.

When we call from airport for shuttle pickup, first few times no one picked, later they picked still it took nearly one hour waiting for pickup. They don’t clean rooms/ change bedsheets etc every day, only they do if we ask. Rooms/lift and sorroundings not super clean. Booked room for 4 days but keys worked for 2 days only, need to collect fresh keys again after 2 days. The one in front desk gave room to us initially is good but not all others. Breakfast is good but closing by 9 am that too on week ends is too early.

Decent hotel near Sea-Tac. Not an amazing one, but it is a decent place to stay. If you need basic amenities, this is the place.

Convenient location for overnight lay over when u arrive in Seattle at night. Provides shuttle buses or private parking for your rental car. Room size is nominal, and comes with the signature comfort inn waffles brekkie too. Good location and recommended..

This airport hotel is really hard to put into words. It’s my first time having a stay experience that I feel the need to review negatively. First, the check-in process took a very long time because there were many people waiting, but only one staff member was actually working, so we had to wait endlessly. Additionally, when I checked in at night, there were no parking spaces available, and the hotel simply left guests to figure out parking on their own. Then came the frustrating service—the hairdryer in the room was something straight out of the 1920s, and when it turned out to be unusable, the hotel had no backup hairdryer to offer. So I had no choice but to dry my hair with a towel. But the most devastating part hadn’t even come yet: the hotel gave no prior notice before check-in and only told me when I arrived that the elevator was broken, and my room was on the third floor. That meant I had to carry my 30 kg of luggage up and down the stairs all by myself. This is an unprecedented stay experience, and I can only hope that this review helps other actual users make informed decisions.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites SeaTac. It was a fairly short hike to the light rail station and near a few restaurants. The breakfast had adequate options and beverages. The front desk staff was helpful and the free airport shuttle was much appreciated!

The staff and cleaners are absolutely wonderful! Their friendly demeanor really stood out to me. This experience has definitely made it my top choice for my next visit!

I booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

Quiet place. Nice location. Breakfast good. Room clean. Has the charm of the 1980s 😁 i like that somehow

Good place to stay in Seatac area

It is very good for the price. In particular, the room cleanliness and the bed are comfortable. The location is *amazing*. Please do not expect too much from the breakfast.

I stayed here as a transit stay on my way back to Japan. It's right by the airport, has a shuttle, and is perfect for just a night's stay. Breakfast is included, although simple. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The breakfast was just the right amount and variety. The make-yourself waffles were delicious. The free shuttle was also very punctual, which was helpful. The receptionist's attitude was a bit off, as they seemed to be just telling me everything they wanted to say (lacking in customer service), but everything else was fine.
