"The front desk service is very poor. The female front desk staff is indifferent to people, as if the whole world owes her something! On the first day of check-in, the key could not open the door. The room number did not match the name and could not connect to the WIFI. A new key was made. When I booked the room, I paid in advance. I received a text message from the bank and found that more than 200 US dollars were pre-authorized. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask. The person on duty was replaced by a young man. After checking, I found that the room we stayed in was registered under someone else's name! The next day, I went to the airport to return the car and needed to take the shuttle bus back. It was the same woman again. When I asked her how long it would take and where to wait, she looked impatient. She just said something and turned away. I waited at the airport for nearly an hour! I will never book this hotel again!"
