As for nightlife, there is an abundance of bars and restaurants just blocks away. The studio is about 300 sqft, with a queen bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with shower, and a desk + chair for working. With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious. You'll find the following amenities: mini fridge, microwave, utensils for takeout, iron, desk/chair, fan, coffee maker with coffee & tea. **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street. This may cause some disturbance during your stay. • This home joins the townhome next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Please select the pet fee as an “add-on” option at the point of check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
