Good service, great value for the room. Location was very convenient

It’s little outdated then I expected

Great stay. Nice hotel. Great service

Checked in late night with two staff at the reception. Both were chatting loudly with one playing her phone even though I was asking questions. Didn’t seem interested in their job. Bed sheet provided for sofa bed is yellowish and smelled funny. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful though.

Bad breakfast

One drawback is the frequent presence of homeless people outside the hotel, which slightly impacts the experience. Other than that, there are no significant issues. Springhill, a comfortable hotel brand under Marriott, has very enthusiastic front desk service, quick check-in, and helpful taxi call. Breakfast is not bad, 3 people stay for 3 breakfasts, including hot eggs and sausages. The sofa in the room can be made into a small bed on request. Slight disadvantage: It is a little far from the nearest rail station, 1Km.

Pillowcases with hair and stains should be replaced promptly.

The hotel room is large and the environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is delicious

The hotel is located in the urban area, more than 10 minutes' walk from the Starbucks Reserve store. The entrance to Highway 5 is nearby, making it convenient for self-driving. The room is large and suitable for family travel, with a microwave and refrigerator. Because it's close to the highway, it's a bit noisy outside at night.

The room is of good size and the location is good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Pike Place Market and Space Needle. It is clean and sanitary. The breakfast is average with few varieties.
