My restful sleep disturbed by a young child playing with out loud shoutings from around 5am through 8am. Loud enough to wake me. So frustrated. When I mentioned to one of desk personals, she seemed so i different and hurried up to check me out. I felt like I wasted almost $400 a night stay that I deserve to have.

Overall is good, but the customer service hotline attitude is not good

A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available.
