This hotel has a great location, very close to Pike Place Market, and it's convenient to get anywhere from here. The hotel environment is very clean and hygienic, and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Traveling to Seattle with my friends and their family, I specifically chose a star-rated chain hotel downtown on Ctrip for a four-night stay. The location was convenient, within walking distance to several attractions. However, during our stay, only one of the elevators for guest rooms on the 40th floor was functioning normally. Every morning, trying to go down for breakfast, the elevator would be full, and we'd have to wait for about 15 minutes. The repair speed was incredibly slow; by the day we checked out, one more elevator was finally fixed, so two out of three were working. Furthermore, my friend's laptop was stolen from their room. There were no surveillance cameras in the hotel hallways, only records of staff swiping their cards to open doors (but my friend had put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on their door before leaving that day). They returned to find their laptop gone. For a high-end Marriott-affiliated hotel, the security is truly concerning; the safety of our belongings in the hotel couldn't be guaranteed. The problem resolution was also incredibly slow. We reported the theft the next day, but even by the time we checked out, no solution had been provided. We were only told that the staff member involved hadn't shown up for work after the incident. If the security at the Westin isn't upgraded, I won't consider staying here again if I visit Seattle in the future.

The hotel's location is super convenient. I had to wait in a long line before checking in, though. I really liked Jennifer, the concierge. Overall, everything was good, except they charged some kind of tax at the end, even though I thought I'd paid for everything when I booked.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much

Good location

Good location and good hotel but there was a mistake on hotel bill and they didn’t send receipt until I asked for it. It was 150 dollers charged on my credit card by mistake.
