Nice comfortable good breakfast close to University of Washington

1. Hotel location is excellent as it is close to Link Light Rail. 2. Receptionist upon our arrival for registration is not enthusiastic; and looked tired. Speaking with no energy. 3. Slippers and blankets are not available in the hotel room; and we have to ask for it at ground floor reception. 4. Call room service number at 11 pm and nobody answered; I have to walk down to the reception on ground floor for assistance. 5. No free bottled water is a shortcoming especially for late arrival guests; even 7-Eleven is a walking distance away from the hotel as nobody wanted to go out again. 6. Night shift reception staffs seem unwilling to greet guests entering the lobby at late night; they looked tired. Day shift staffs are much better and helpful.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit, and I always recommend it to my friends. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for. You can even cook your own meals, and there's a dishwasher too!

Great service and facilities

Hotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing .

The people/service was great. The room was great. Getting there was an ordeal (narrow streets, lots of traffic), and the traffic and sirens kept us awake much of the night. The location in terms of proximity to places we needed to be was great -- but be sure to factor in loud traffic noise throughout your stay.

Best hotel in the area. Great location, close to light rail station and many restaurants. Nice and spacious room, fully kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The only downside is the pool is no longer operational---no prior advice.

Good place to stay

It's very close to the University of Washington, and the suites are under $1300, making it excellent value for money for families. I highly recommend staying here. You can also bring three breakfasts, which are simple meals, but the price advantage makes up for it.

It's very close to the University of Washington, making it convenient for visiting the school. Parking is a bit expensive, but it's relatively safe and convenient. There's a Trader Joe's supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
