The hotel is very new and the rooms are great. It's about a ten-minute walk from Pike Place Market, much better than the W we stayed at last time, and cheaper too. There's an outdoor parking lot right in front of the hotel, but it's not affiliated with them. It costs $50 a day, but I felt it was more convenient to park outside.

Small rooms, not cleaned daily, and definitely not good value for money – the Grand Hyatt next door is much better. Parking is also very expensive. Unless absolutely necessary, you might want to stay a bit further out. The only upside is the location; it's a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market.

This hotel seriously messed up with my phone situation. I checked out and left my luggage there, but when I came back for it in the afternoon, I waited about 20 minutes because they kept saying I hadn't stayed there. I showed them my check-in proof, and they still claimed they couldn't find it. St. Regis hotels are usually good, but this level of incompetence is unbelievable. A whole group of staff couldn't figure it out, it was just ridiculous. I told them my car had been waiting for 5 minutes, and they still acted completely unbothered.

Extremely satisfied, highly recommended. It's very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent – convenient for getting everywhere. The night view is also especially beautiful.

This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal.

The room was clean and tidy, and check-in/check-out was quick. All the staff I encountered were very polite, and the room was cleaned every two days. The best part is the location; it's very close to Pike Place Market and the light rail station, all within walking distance, making getting around a breeze.

The surrounding area is very well-equipped; it's a 10-minute walk to Whole Foods, and the shopping center across the street has Haidilao and Din Tai Fung. The hotel's buffet breakfast is $29 per person, and it's a decent-to-good American breakfast with quality ingredients. The hotel description states that extra beds can be added, but be aware that twin rooms do not actually allow for an extra bed.

Just staying for a nite for Cruise next day. Easy to check-in & check-out. Nearby Seattle Pike Place Market.

The location is excellent, with coffee shops, Western restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. Pike Place Market is within walking distance, and the Space Needle isn't far either. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom shower spacious. The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and very professional. The hotel has an underground paid parking lot, and there's also an above-ground parking lot in front of the hotel, making it very convenient if you're driving.

This hotel is located in downtown Seattle, about two blocks from Westlake Station. I especially want to thank Loren; my baby had a fever, and Loren took me to a vending machine to get saline solution for him. I think he's the best front desk staff!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to major landmarks and subway stations. Staying on a high floor, we had panoramic city and sea views! The service was also great, though the facilities are slightly less impressive than Hyatt hotels in China. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel is located in the city center, and safety is not an issue. You can temporarily park right outside the entrance to unload your luggage. There's also a market on the second floor where you can use the microwave for free.
