The only thing that was rather a hasstle was the construction underway and finding the buffet restaurant. It was very inconvenient! On top of all that they gave us option of a $15 credit on top of a $25 resort fee per DAY which wiped out our $15 credit FOR A MEAL. I would have preferred during construction period to wipe out resort fee or offer the $15 buffet credit for our inconvenience. Everyone was very nice, & helpful. Another problem are the refrigerators. Even though I’m happy they provided them, they do not cool to a safe 37 degrees constant to keep food safe. I had a disability, had a service dog and is food spoiled at a 43 degrees constant temp
It’s a nice hotel in the downtown Seattle!
Clean room but the hallway had some weird smell.
There were some homeless in front of the hotel which felt insecure.
But overall great hotel.

This is a budget hotel conveniently located a 13-minute walk from Light Rail Line 1 and a 5-minute walk from a 7-Eleven. It offers spacious rooms and cleaning services every other day, providing excellent value for money.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
Easy to access from SEA airport using Light Rail, 40 minites away, then short walk to hotel. Also easy to access Monorail to Space Needle & surrounding attractions.
A few blocks walk to Pike Place, Seattle Convention Center. Nearby stores : Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, Target, Asian grocery store HMart.
Would not hesitate to book this hotel for future stays.

It was such a great stay at this hotel. The room is high tech with a tablet control. The blackout blinds were super perfect. Showers were great, no need to struggle in getting right temp.easy access to many places within walking distance.
The location is great. It's within ten minutes' walk to the pier and Pike Place. Because it's on 1st Street, there's no need to climb uphill to get to Pike Place, which saves a lot of effort. In addition, it is also close to the light rail station and bus station.
There is a paid breakfast downstairs, the cost is linked to the room rate, you can order your own food, the waiting time is a bit long, but the taste is good.
The one-time price of taking a taxi to the airport is 45 knives, and 50 knives are included in the room charge when booking through the hotel.
Especially good hotel, I originally wanted to book Mayflower and it turned out to be cheap. I saw that this app is highly rated on other apps, and the price can still be selected. There is no resort fee, and Ctrip paid it to the store. Other expenses. Location is good, 5 minutes walk from westlake station, one hour from the hotel by light rail to the airport, 3 knives. There are a few good coffees downstairs in major department stores, and the surroundings are relatively safe. There are more homeless people on 3rd street and it is not recommended for everyone. The rooms are large and the beds are large, the towels are clean and the decoration is relatively new. Remind that the hotel does not actively provide slippers, teeth, etc., it is best to bring your own, if not, call the hotel to ask. Also, the charging plug on the bedside did not send me the iphone to charge, as long as it is next to the sink, the voltage of the phone I bought in the United States should be fine.
The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.

Great location in between pike place and space needle. Just be slightly careful not to wander on 1 street beside hotel as some homeless folks there. If not, location is pretty safe. There's a local pho restaurant opened by Koreans opposite the hotel which is really tasty. Go try it out!

Great
KKira BallingerWent as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

GGuest UserThis is a very elegant and old school hotel. With vibes of American-style vintage decoration, the hotel brings you back to the earlier days of Seattle. Clean, good location, quiet (except for the in-room air conditioning machine), comfortable bed settings, simple but enough complimentary breakfast choices and welcoming hotel staff. Close to Pike Street market, fishing market and Macy’s. My first remark in English on C-trip.

TtinaNewer hotel, everything is expensive 😂, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions
JJohanna ChevrierWhen we first got there, we arrived at the room and the toilet wasn’t working, so they quickly changed our room and made sure that everything was in working order before we left. Super nice staff, helpful. Location is okay. Lots of sirens and homeless community, but they make sure doors are locked for safety.

BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.
GGuest UserA rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.
GGuest UserThe room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
QQINGYIGood location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid.

ああやかIt was very convenient because it was located at the middle point of Space Needle and Pike Place and both were within walking distance.
The room is clean and large and has amenities.
The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and it couldn't open), and it was noisy even in the middle of the night to open the next room.
Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, refrigerated burgers and bread, yogurt, Costco boiled * and fruits.
There are cafes open from the morning around, so it is recommended to eat breakfast outside the hotel.
