Positives
The room was clean, modern, very spacious.
The shampoo, bath gel and cream were excellent quality.
Could access YouTube from the tv.
Negatives
The location felt a little unsafe for a solo traveller. Very quiet with homeless ppl on some nights near the hotel.

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed.
My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too.
Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

The city view room has a nice view and the lobby is very grand, which is perfect for gatherings with friends. The gym and swimming pool on the fifth floor are very convenient. The hotel's Relish restaurant has good burgers and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

It's really nice. The room is new, clean and has a sense of technology. It's not too small. The bed is very comfortable and big. The view was optional when checking in, and it gave me a good view on the 6th floor. There were many meals below, so we went to the wholefood market to eat boxes. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Pike Place Market. It is 15 minutes to the light rail and can be directly accessed from the airport, but it is a bit expensive and you have to pay four additional taxes.

Booked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features.
Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.

Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle.
The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it.
When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner.
Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor.
All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

Outstanding
AAaronI must admit that I was a bit frustrated when I arrived and had difficulty accessing the property. However, the staff was incredibly nice even when I wasn't... I apologize for being a bit grumpy on the phone and thank you for sticking with me to figure it out. If I could make one suggestion, I would say to add the information about the downstairs dwelling being around the corner to the email instead of having to only get that information through the link you send. The link is awesome and has some great info, but it's easy to miss some things when skimming over it. Otherwise, it was a great experience and the property was fantastic. Thank you!
GGuest UserThe location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.
RRbd1824I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.
无无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi.
The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier.
The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining.
The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits.
There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
NNSprimsd1We are traveling with 2 children for spring break trip. Arrived at the hotel late at night. The check in was fast, the staffs are very accommodation and helpful. Breakfast was great! staff always refill the food and beverage. The room are good size for us. Location near by the airport , you can hear the plane in your room.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect. The nearest subway station is University St., and many buses are within 500 meters walking distance. The Central Library is diagonally opposite. Go straight down Madison St to the seaside and you will find the Ferry Station. If you want to go to Pike Market and the aquarium, you can go on foot. Each person can get two bottles of bottled water at the front desk every day. Although the buffet breakfast is the same every day, it can still meet the needs of food and clothing. The service staff is quite diverse, and the overall cost performance is good.
JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
HHappybirdCan’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜
NNanoooHotel location is convenient, you can walk to the Space Needle Tower and the light rail station, the room hygiene is generally OK but can be improved, the car sound is noisy at night, overall it is a cost-effective choice 👍 recommended short-term stay
