"Outstanding. We chose to stay at the same hotel on our way back to Istanbul. . 24-hour reception is helpful, expected from a city hotel, but this is more local, so we weren't sure. We arrived at 3 am and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend Service was exceptional. Beautiful view from the rooftop, where we had breakfast."

"After spending two weeks traveling around Turkey, I returned to Istanbul and chose this guesthouse once more. My previous stay two weeks ago was excellent, which is why I booked it again, this time for almost a week. Unfortunately, I couldn't get one of the upstairs sea view rooms this time, so I had to settle for a standard triple room. To my surprise, this room was on the ground floor, right by the staircase behind the reception desk. While some noise from late check-ins is unavoidable, on two separate nights, well past midnight, other guests returned and were loudly chatting and laughing at the reception area. One woman even stood right outside my door talking loudly on her phone. I can appreciate that many guests might not realize there are rooms directly behind the reception, but it's the front desk's responsibility to remind them to keep the noise down! I had to come out twice to ask the guests to be quieter as they were disturbing my sleep. Each time, the front desk staff was simply sitting there with headphones on, looking at their computer, completely indifferent to the situation. It was incredibly frustrating. While the guests' behavior was indeed inconsiderate, the guesthouse definitely has a responsibility to politely intervene and remind them. On the positive side, other services remained excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very spotless. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The guesthouse is also very close to the Sea of Marmara, and that stretch of coastline is quite beautiful. Overall, it's still a decent guesthouse, and I truly hope they can make some significant improvements in this area."

"We booked 3 hotels through Trip for this trip. 2 of them sent messages to remind guests on the day of check-in, which was very considerate. However, this hotel did not respond at all. We checked in late that day, and the hotel never tried to care whether the guests encountered any difficulties. The location of the hotel is indeed good, very close to Hagia Sophia, but the room is very narrow and can barely fit two single beds. Fortunately, there are many drawers for storing items. The most pitiful thing is that there is no quilt, so I can only use a quilt bag as a quilt, even though there is felt in the wardrobe. But isn’t a quilt the most basic thing? The only thing to praise is that the breakfast is good, and the front desk customer service during the day took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and walk a few dozen meters to the pick-up point when we left the hotel."
