Hotels in Auckland with sea view​

"The room was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and the air con powerful - all the things you expect in a mid/budget range hotel. But what really set this one out form the others were the staff. So friendly and helpful. I arrived very early (9am) so my room wasn't ready so they stored my luggage for me and I came back later. They had already put my bags in my room for me ready. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst I'd expect that in a top hotel, that sort of going the extra distance I don't usually find in a mid/budget range. I would stay again"

"Convenient, modern accommodation with city views and from the upper floors you can see the harbour Bridge, floor to ceiling blinds and curtains, not automatic curtains.. Lighting was fine.. The hotel is right next to a television studio and while the satellite fished pointed away the two broadcast dishes pointed at the hotel.. In the rooms there seem to be No international power points and you must request free water at reception. Breakfast was okay but disappointed to find only jugs of filtered coffee and not the automatic barrista machines found at most international hotels. If you wanted your Latte it would cost extra. At $NZ45 pp I found the variety of food a little less than expected probably because the space used was restrictive , Table seating was firm and table layout was good. I found the king bed in our room a little uncomfortable for me as I prefer a hard mattress.. We were upgraded to a higher floor room by staff..what this means I am sure is just to make you feel privileged.. The rooms had a quality feel a out the. Overall I would recommend a stay here definitely .. The dinning hall has a nice feel to it.. As does the bar. Very modern building and quite attractive inside and out. Just a final note, hotels in Auckland need to lift their offerings compared to international hotels in terms of service offerings. As this hotel and others in the area are definitely aimed at international tourists."

"One of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It opened during the pandemic, and I finally got to experience it. The blend of old and new design is just right, and the location is absolutely perfect. The service and amenities are also comprehensive and thoughtful."

"Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's affordable and easy to find. Auckland has a noticeable homeless population, which can be a bit of a drawback. It's very close to SkyCity, and not far from the harbor, seafood market, and zoo. Auckland University, where those blue flowers bloom, the Town Hall, and Queen Street are also nearby. You could also try the new hotels in the vicinity. The popular restaurant Depot is very close, though you'll likely wait about half an hour. The Giapo ice cream shop isn't far either, and also has lines. **Facilities**: Decent. The room has been renovated. **Cleanliness**: Okay. They clean before noon. **Environment**: Need to be a little mindful of the homeless population. **Service**: Pretty good. They offer congee for breakfast."

"The apartment is was clean, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had the basics. The location in central Auckland is excellent. The windows are single glazed so noise at night with the cities huddle and bustle are an issue so make sure you bring earplugs. The hotel was accommodating with an extra bed on request. All in all a very nice stay. Thank you"

"Loved the location. Loved the Harbour views. So pleased upgraded for separate bedroom. A big plus is outside seating outside front and back depending on weather. Always good to sit out of the unit even though weather this time did not allow it. Definitely will be going back"

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to shopping areas, and there are many beautiful restaurants around the harbor. The hotel's own restaurant is also quite good and worth trying. The concierge was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage and putting it in the trunk. The room provided disposable toiletries and even children's slippers. The bedding was very comfortable, the air conditioning was incredibly quiet, and the shower had a spacious cabin and a comfortable showerhead. Breakfast is à la carte, like a brunch style, with a self-service spread of bread, cold cuts, and fruit. It’s definitely worth a stay."
