"I will never use trip.com again. I booked 2 nights with them months ago, knowing that I had a free cancellation/modification window. I read all the fine print, I contacted customer service to confirm everything. About a week before my window was closing, I tried to modify to 1 night. It would not let me. After FIVE DAYS of contacting them, I finally got it modified. Had I not continued to contact them, this never would have been resolved. THEN, upon checking in at the hotel I was told (even though I prepaid trip.com) that the hotel was never paid by the supplier. Therefore they would not check me in and I spent almost an hour on the phone with teip.com to have it resolved. Totally ridiculous."

"This is a good hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and respectful; they all deserve a 10/10 rating. The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel has good free parking, and if you plan to go to NYC, there is a bus stop about 50 yards from the hotel door. The area has several interesting attractions for various tastes, all within walking distance. The lobby is not luxurious, it's quite simple, but it's good and has chairs, which is a sign of respect for the customer. If you are someone who is used to shopping online, I have an excellent review: the hotel receives your purchases without problems, the staff are very attentive, always ready to assist you and take very good care of your packages. As for the facilities, the bed is comfortable, towels and bedding are very good and clean, general facilities are quite good, highlighting the presence of a complete kitchen: refrigerator, electric stove, small microwave oven, comfortable granite table with chairs and a simple sofa. I see two problems with this hotel: (1) the carpet is very old and dirty, deserving to be replaced and (2) there is a fire alarm that occasionally sounds VERY LOUD without there being a fire and gives you quite a scare. Finally, regarding the daily rate, I think it could be lower compared to hotels in the region. All things considered, the hotel is interesting and I recommend it."

"Disgusting, the place is full of ****, your feet stick to the floor, the toilet is dirty with poop around the edges, cockroaches in the bathtub and the best thing is the noise since it is next to the highway and is not soundproof at all, better to spend a little more money and see other options, the worst I have seen in my life."
