Inexpensive hotel but clean and spacious enough especially for a family usage. Upon checking in the man is very accommodating and helpful, and really prepared things I needed to sign etc. checked in very late already so when I was checking out I requested for a bit of extension to allow us to take a bath and prepare after breakfast but the girl in the reception does not understand situations

Stayed for three days without cleaning I asked for it myself Looks like it's only cleaned in the morning Cleaning must be booked in advance Otherwise do not scan The wild wings at the entrance of the hotel are not delicious. The chicken wings are unpalatable The ingredients carrot and celery are delicious and raw. I’m really hungry. It is recommended to go to Manhattan by public transportation, it only takes about 30 minutes Driving is really not recommended, it is difficult to park and the fees are high, but there seems to be a special price on Sundays, 12 hours 35 dollars plus tax, some are even cheaper than this In some places, the meter stops at the side of the road at 6 hours, it is said that it is much cheaper and some time periods are free Manhattan is far from uptown to downtown, I try to walk I found out that I was exhausted, and then I took the subway for 3 dollars one way Speaking from experience, this weekend is when the traffic cream will be clearer

My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired. Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water. The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel. The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel.

PIREP 1/26/23 As a flight crew staying here it was disappointing to hear the restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was after we had already checked in. The Hilton app does not show this. Bogus. Not normal for a HGI hotel. And the restaurant is the main reason we stay at HGIs. We typically don’t have a car and have to rely on Uber/Lyft. Walking to a restaurant requires good weather and about 25-30 mins walking. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely nice. The beds are a bit hard. Room was quiet and I never heard anyone next door. There is a lot of freeway noise but that does not bother me. Fitness room is very small. One bike, one treadmill, one elliptical. There’s a indoor pool and jacuzzi but I never used it. Happy travels!

The hotel is well located. It’s relatively close to restaurants esp if you drive, everything is within 5 minutes including Walmart. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. TV channels offer great choices. Parking is available and free. Would definitely stay here again if we visit NJ again.
Harmony Suites Secaucus Meadowlands

This hotel is great! I loved my stay and completely satisfied with it. I got a first floor room which is super close to the everything. The king suite is very spacious and comfy. The sofa bed is great as well. I like how the management is very careful and helpful in addressing my requests. The best part is it is so close to the bus stop for a bus to NY. Simply walk 2 min, buy ticket at the machine, and wait for bus 320, will get you to the Port Authority bus station right by Time Square. Super convenient and worth every penny!
