房間如和我並不知道，由於該房間未能標註清楚，需要輪渡才能到達，我女兒第二天還要趕飛機，我沒有辦法入住該酒店，攜程和酒店商議，酒店方面拒絕退款，這一點我覺得他們的服務態度不讓人滿意，去該酒店還需要輪渡費用也未標明。
