I had the best time in every aspect.
The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

A very good hotel, but the point deduction is due to the inconsistent handling of smoking on the breakfast terrace and balconies. Smoking was permitted on the terrace during breakfast at certain times. As a result, smokers and non-smokers sat about 1 meter apart, despite the non-smoking table. It was also impossible to sleep with the terrace door open, as smoking was permitted on the balconies. This was extremely unpleasant for non-smokers. For this reason, the hotel is not recommended for non-smokers!

We stayed in room 418 for 6 days. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. There was on the balcony and in the hallway, but what was the use? We informed reception on the first day. Unfortunately, the problem had not been remedied by the time we left. The mattresses were extremely worn. You'd roll out of bed if you weren't careful. The food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The wellness area was used to our advantage but not particularly by the other guests, although it was quite nice. All in all, the hotel needs to replace a few things. The furniture lets guests know that the hotel has seen better days. The lampshade on the floor lamp was stained and wobbly because it wasn't screwed down. There are small oversights that are already making us wonder whether we'll stay somewhere else next time. The service at dinner was good, and the cleaning crew were always cheerful and even congratulated me on my birthday with a little song. In the past, we'd get a bottle of sparkling wine for our birthdays, but now they're cutting back. A friendly birthday greeting in the form of a card from the hotel management. That's it. I've had better and different experiences at other hotels. It's a shame. We'll definitely visit Usedom again. I don't think it will be the same hotel.

ein Hotel mit Charm und Niveau in die Jahre gekommen aber gut gepflegt,freundlicher Servic in allen Bereichen . Besonderheit , Frühstücksbüffet bis 12 Uhr ,bis zu letzt mit allem ausreichend bestückt. Abendbüffet immer abwechslungsreich mit verschieden Themen und immer ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist toll, leider war die Luft auf unserem Zimmer sehr stickig, trotz ganz geöffnetem Fenster. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Nur deswegen der Punktabzug für Zimmer und Schlafqualität

Der Aufenthalt ist nach ca 10 maligem Aufenthalt immer wieder sehr schön. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, egal wo man sich befindet. Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein einziger Punkt ist unverständlich. Warum besteht im Radio der Norddeutsche Sender nicht zur Verfügung??? Außerdem fehlt das Lübzer Bier im Angebot.??? Macht ansonsten weiter so. Sollten wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir wieder.

Sehr gute Möglichkeit, behindertenfreundlich in Familie Urlaub zu machen. Das Verbindungszimmer macht es möglich zwischen zu pflegender Person und helfender Person jeder Zeit zur Verfügung zu sein und trotzdem hat jeder einen eigenen individuellen Bereich. Sehr gute Lösung. Das Bad für behinderte Menschen war super eingerichtet, es konnte alles gut erreicht und angepasst genutzt werden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Küche, ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet.
