"The hotel’s facilities are great but we didnt get to see them due to wedding occurred during our stay. Most of facilities belong to the wedding. The whole hotel staff is busy with the wedding I arrived after check in time and wouldn’t allow to get in due to unknown reasons. One person said room isn’t ready. Other person mentioned the normal statment due to the wedding. Room wasnt cleaned despite they my check in time and they didn’t want to change my room. Resort is great , my kids enjoyed it but above is annoying Run away if there is a wedding at the hotel. Wedding lasts 3-5 days. So consider this or check with hotel before reservation. مرافق الفندق رائعة، لكننا لم نستطع الاستفادة منها بسبب حدوث زفاف خلال إقامتنا. معظم المرافق كانت مخصصة للزفاف. جميع موظفي الفندق كانوا مشغولين بالزفاف. وصلت بعد وقت تسجيل الوصول ولم يُسمح لي بالدخول لأسباب غير معروفة. قال شخص أن الغرفة غير جاهزة، وذكر شخص آخر البيان المعتاد بسبب الزفاف. الغرفة لم تُنظف رغم وصولي في وقت تسجيل الوصول، ولم يرغبوا في تغيير غرفتي. المنتجع رائع، وأطفالي استمتعوا به، لكن الأمور المذكورة أعلاه كانت مزعجة اهرب إذا كان هناك زفاف في الفندق. الزفاف يستمر من ٣ إلى ٥ أيام. لذا ضع هذا في اعتبارك أو تحقق مع الفندق قبل الحج"

"I contacted Ctrip in advance to arrange airport pick-up, and the arrangement was very good. However, due to the airline's reasons, one piece of luggage was left in Riyadh, and the airport pick-up guy waited for a long time. The hotel room is large and has a living room and kitchen. I also met several Chinese people here, but the surrounding area is open and a little dark."

"I booked this hotel through *********** All - Inclusive !! I couldn't find any deals with all-inclusive in others Hotels and Resorts in Bahrain so I was happy with my decision coz I travel a lot and go for only All-inclusive option. On our first dinner we were given special menu with limited food options and drink was only WATER !! We waited more than one hour explaining our All-inclusive deal but they refused to believe our option. We were feeling so embarrassed and humiliated explaining ....other customers watching , in the end they serve food and drink only for one day. Next day again had a word with the Manager explaining AL option and told them we paid etc. for All-inclusive but they refused to believe even in my booking was clearly explained....but then they agreed to pay soft drinks instead of water which they were charging from us.I tried to contact *********** but no respond. In the end we gave up coz we wanted to enjoy our Xmas and New Year holidays!! Very very disappointed and very upsetting for us......we had to pay for our drinks and other food options !! Only Xmas and New Year we were offered free wine ......haha one per glass . So far *********** tried to contact them and they are not responding. We want full explanation and compensation the way we were treated !! I will post another review of the outcome!! They shouldn't advertise All-inclusive on *********** if they don't know what this means !!"
