"A really nice, quiet, well run hotel. We planned on two days visiting a close friend and decided to add two more days after a brief visit to the south. Staff is friendly and attentive, facilities are really nice, food is very good, and it is well priced! When we come back to visit our friend, we will definitely stay here! If you have a car, and are being a tourist in Hamburg, it is worth the drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Very nice modern hotel with a close proximity to the center"

"The hotel is located in the Finkenwerder district, right next to the Boeing factory grounds. We stayed there the day after it opened. It's a large hotel with a Rewe supermarket, a bakery, and the Boeing visitor center on the newly built site. The hotel and rooms are modern and decorated with an "airplane" theme. Our main complaint is the complete lack of a wardrobe or shelves in the room, which meant living out of our suitcases for three nights. This is unacceptable at these prices, dear room designers. We also didn't understand why there wasn't a power outlet around the desk and why the television wasn't positioned directly next to the bed. Breakfast was unexciting and expected for a hotel in this category. Unfortunately, it was still very disorganized; often something was missing, or there weren't enough plates. Guests had to clear their own dishes, and often there weren't enough trolleys. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor facing a busy main road, and the staff smoking area was right under our window. Opening the window was therefore not possible. Regarding the location, you can take a bus to the ferry terminal or a bus directly to Hamburg city center. Both options take a considerable amount of time (1 hour) and patience. The direct bus takes even longer, as it has to navigate the construction sites at the Elbe Tunnel each time. Tip: You can reach the Boeing runway viewpoint on foot or by taking the bus for two stops."

"Nice land hotel on the edge of Lüneburger Heide. Who accepts a room without a dressing box, a refrigerator, a safe or a water cooker, but can live with kitchen smells and extremely soft beds, will feel well here. Breakfast buffet for 20 Euro p.P. rather disappointing."
