I find this hotel extremely stress-free. I mean, let’s face it, all you want the night before your flight is a good night’s sleep, right? Worth its weight in gold. Rooms are clean, basic and modern-looking and I love the nice touch of the floor light that’s under the bed. When you have to make a midnight jaunt to the restroom, the clever little under bed light comes on to light your way and not wake you up. A/C is whisper quiet and keeps a steady temperature, another feature that will help keep a light sleeper like me comfortably asleep. The blackout curtains work wonderfully as well. Getting to the hotel, as other reviewer have mentioned, can be just a little challenging. Once you learn how to walk there, you’ll see that walking is an excellent choice. I’ve stayed here when their shuttle was running, and that is handy, and I’ve stayed here when it was not. I find that walking is fine for me, but I understand that folks with a ton of luggage can’t do this easily. The problem is that Milanese cab drivers do charge a minimum. So, on a 6 euro fare, they might have to charge you 14 euro. Ouch. To get the the center of Milan, the handy number 73 bus runs every 10 minutes from the airport all day every day. It does stop running around 8 or 9pm, so do check if you are a night owl. Food and drink—the breakfast is a full breakfast, not just pastries. As for the other food, it’s “basic” . The staff here are all very sweet.

Before my trip, I tried to retrieve my reservation information from their website, but it was very slow and didn't work. I then contacted them via email to confirm my reservation and indicate I would arrive late and wanted to guarantee my room. This was 48 hous before my trip, but I never got a response. The bedroom was alright, but the light system a bit tricky and unpractical. You need the bedroom key to turn on the light in the bathroom, but it turns it off in the bedroom. The hotel bar was closed, many of us were there for a trade show, so it was impossible to meet in the evening for business transaction ; first time I see this near a conference facility. Finally, we had a dinner with all the attendees from the trade show, for which we were charged 30 euros, it was a buffet, but all there was salads, a few slices of deli meat, and a fruit salad for dessert. No main course, no meat or vegs, and we we had to leave the room at 21h30 when we were not finished eating what little we'd found. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Reception personel was pleasant. I left one day early because of my bad experience with the dining event. I wil never go back to this place, typical of large hotel group who don't give a kopek about customer service ; it's all about a quick buck.

Hotel in a strategic location in Milan 2 great for those with relatives or need to visit the nearby San Raffaele hospital, the structure is really very beautiful but suffers a little age, the gentleness and courtesy of the staff are really The price is sometimes not suitable but the demand in Milan is obviously high every day, I recommend it very special if you have any discounts in certain periods like ”Black Friday” or perhaps offers of Trip.com.

Very good hotel, well located and close to Segrate station (10 mins). Breakfast at the top!!! The cakes, chocolate croissants, a treat.... Very very decent room with good bedding, very good bathroom. Very good value for money for a good stay in Milan and surrounding villages... The staff is very friendly, available, very attentive to their customers among others ”Gianluca and Simone Pietro”... Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. Of the whole complex, the restaurant saves little choice but good and well presented, and even the courtesy of the lady of the dining room makes the difference, also included at breakfast, with enough choice of sweet and savory, it allows you to have an excellent breakfast, too bad the Indian guest, who barefoot, it left a not exactly scented trail, but this is not the fault of the structure, however my advice is to avoid the hotel
