First visit as the Brit Hotel in Arnage was unusually expensive. This hotel is not as good - rooms have been renovated but bathrooms are still in need of redecoration. Staff were always good and friendly so can’t fault service. Location is OK but be aware that trying to get out into the main road from the roundabout in rush hour is a life & death experience!

The location to the motorway was good. Loads of parking spaces. Quiet hotel. Dinner was pleasant. Good fresh breakfast. Aircon worked well....it was exceptionally hot while we were there! Staff all spoke English and were very helpful. Oh if you are lucky enough to own a Tesla there were about 20 charging stations next door!

Hotel bien placé mais qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Personnel très avenant. Si le calme régnait et que la literie est correcte, la salle de bains doit absolument être rénové, le petit déjeuner proposé est limité. je n'ai pas testé le restaurant

Chambre très petite, voire trop petite pour 90 euros... au dernier et 4ème niveau sans ascenseur sans aucune proposition de chambre à un niveau inférieur, alors qu'il restait des places, nous a-t-on dit, lors de notre réservation le jour même. Dans la chambre, strict minimum de confort : pas de verre, de bouilloire,... salle d'eau/wc rudimentaire.

Accueil aimable et disponible. Menu court mais correct à prix convenable. Chambre petite mais propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. À deux reprises le pétillant Vouvray est servi tiède, dommage pas d’anticipation au bar…et obligé de réclamer un seau à glaçons.

L’accueil est professionnel et sympathique, le petit déjeuner plutôt très bien, et la chambre en elle même propre et confortable. Par contre niveau insonorisation c’est franchement pas terrible. Pour peu que vous ayez des voisins de chambre à côté et à l’étage peu respectueux des autres, vous entendez tout et avez l’impression qu’ils sont en train de déplacer tous les meubles de leur chambre. Plus problématique encore, l’hygiène de la salle de bains ! Nous concernant, chambre 22, nous avons déjà constaté une odeur horrible venant des toilettes. Le sol de la douche, le carrelage mural et la tête de la « douchette » sont dans un état déplorable, de la moisissure et de la crasse incrustée qui témoignent d’un gros manque d’entretien depuis longtemps. C’est quand même assez honteux de laisser des sanitaires dans un tel état… certains éléments ne sont pas compliqués à changer… En moins de 24H mon conjoint a reçu 2 fois le même questionnaire de satisfaction, auquel nous avons partagé les mêmes avis. Bizarrement, vous n’avez pas été aussi insistants pour nous re contacter par la suite pour en discuter.

Très tranquille, bon parking. Très bon accueil, souriant et efficace. Chambre sans défauts. Restaurant très correct. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bref, je recommande, et je n'ai pas besoin de 200 caractères pour ça. D ailleurs qui va lire un roman sur un hôtel?

Bonjour, avons passé une nuit dans cette hôtel avec ma femme et ma fille, nous avions une chambre pour trois personnes, l’hôtel est plutôt agréable et le personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuné est de bonne qualité. Petit bémol Il y avait une odeur pas très agréable dans la chambre.

3 nuits passées pour le motogp et cet hôtel est très bien, le personnel agréable et bien communicant petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix et nous avons dîner le premier soir au restaurant et c'était bien aussi les chambres sont biens donc très bon séjour
