For this pricing, the hotel is OK. Only local TV channels are available, and reception may be bad. Really good location if you intend to explore the sutera mall area.

Good location walking distance to sutra mall , below is all restaurant and coffee place .. will stay again value for money ,pretty good for a short stay

Location is good, convenient to shopping malls, spa/foot massage and plenty eateries near by. The room setting and amenities are minimal. The bathroom has no shower curtain and made the toilet wet everywhere. The room rate for Saturday night is overpriced due to high demand for Singaporeans.
The only complement I can give: A small lift is provided.

The location is excellent. Just 1 min walk to Sutera Mall. The room is in need of a renovation. The first room I got, the air con was faulty. I was given another room but the room’s window couldn’t shut properly as the rubber around the window has worn away. So I was smelling the restaurant’s cooking the whole night. And rain was coming in wetting the floor. The reception (the Chinese man and a Malay man who was in crutches) was excellent. They served me with a smile and was quick to act. The housekeepers were on task too.

Hotel in good location and walking distance to Sutera Mall and restaurants.
Overall great experience to stay here. Room is clean and tidy.
