Holiday Inn Resort BATAM by IHG

Had a great stay! The room was big, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Huge room, the hotel has complete facilities for entertainment such as karaoke and games room that makes our stay enjoyable. It just i think we got the room for elderly people so everything were too short from our heights. Also the room have bo bath tub. The water was smelly the first time we open, but after a couple of times it turned into a normal water. We tried the Japanese restaurant within the hotel. The portion was worth the money.

The stay, food,spa, game room was excellent. They really need to renovate their swimming pool base. The swimming pool tiles are broken causing cuts and wounds on your feet. It's more risky for kids to go to the pool.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Having a balcony facing the garden was a lovely bonus. The surroundings were relaxing and peaceful, with a warm atmosphere and direct access to a clean, private beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and always ready with a friendly smile. Our kids had a great time enjoying the big pool, cycling, ping pong, gym and the dedicated kids’ room for children under 12. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and was satisfying each morning. A special thanks to Sofi, who came to us on both days and encouraged us to try the local kueh, the ongol-ongol and pandan cake, which added a delightful touch to our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.

Stayed two nights for our short holiday in Holiday Inn Resort Batam. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean was reasonable clean. Buffet breakfast variety was good. Highly recommended 👍

Overall experience was good. The breakfast spread was good but it was a little messy with no proper entry so many ppl just find their own seats.

Location far from town and around with dead area.Swimming pool is good.Breakfast average.Room cleanliness ok.
