The hotel has sandy beaches, but the beaches and seawater are average. The swimming pool is good. More than 80% of the hotel's guests are seniors. Staying in the hotel for two nights seems to be living in a nursing home! The bathroom in the guest room was smelly, and the spray head was not easy to use. I called the front desk for two toothbrushes and didn't deliver it until I checked out. There are many buffets, but too few are suitable for Chinese stomachs.

The property is very well kept, clean and had everything we needed and more. We are so grateful for the round the clock cake and drinks, especially one morning we had to leave early. Stayed with my partner here in a double room for 2 nights. Ours was situated at the back of the hotel facing away from the mosque. There's no getting away from being awoken by the 5am call to prayer in any part of the city centre so that wasn't an issue. The room was very inexpensive, so it was a surprise to find an immaculately clean, large and airy room with a genuine king size bed (not 2 singles pushed together) The shower blasted hot and consistent water. The hotel itself is located within a few minutes walk from the bus station, train station, excellent restaurants and main attractions in town. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Their English language skills are on point, they were extremely friendly and gave us invaluable information for our travels. What an absolute gem of a hotel. Don't even think about looking elsewhere, just book Ephasus Centrum Hotel!

I'm giving the Nicea 5 stars. The place is very clean, everything works, there are lots of outlets in the rooms, and our room was spacious. The WIFI works well. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. There's a pretty courtyard where you can hang out, drink tea, or eat. Plus, there is a small resident dog that's super cute. It's very close to nice shopping, plus it's easy to go to the big tourist spots from the hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby. Two things of which to be aware: you can't park in front of the hotel. We easily found a spot on the parallel street less than one minute away. Plus, there is no elevator. We asked for a room with a balcony, and it was worth it. We sat out in the evening watching the goings on. We will return there for sure when we return to Selcuk. I loved this place.

I stayed for 3 nights this week and just want to state all the acclaim given in the 5 star reviews is true. I am a solo female from the Midwest in the USA beyond a certain age. I did not want to leave. This was my first stop on my first tour to Turkey. Not speaking a word of Turkish-- not even please or thank you --I was still treated so well and felt so very comfortable in this very beautiful facility. I loved Selcuk and chose this location to visit Ephesus which was easy and economical--I was so grateful I could do so without joining one of the huge tour groups (while I would not discourage anyone from seeing the huge Ephesus site--if time is limited I would skip Ephesus). Take in in Selcuk; spend time in the museum; try the different restaurants and certainly walk up to the top but most of all enjoy Anz Guesthouse, its people and the walks around it. I will forever be grateful to Harry and his son Atti (from the other reviews, I have not done well with either of their names-sorry). They booked a sleeper for me to Konya that I was unable to do myself as well as a hotel that I could not reach.. while they are not a tourist agency they have absolutely given me every reason to love the Anz Guesthouse ...

We spent only one night, unfortunately, as one night was the only time we had in our plans for Selcuk. I choose the hotel for its location near Efes ruins. The place was beautiful, the manager or owner, was an incredible friendly and excellent host. The breakfast was right on time, delicious. I wish we could have spent more time in the area. The house of Virgin Mary is a very short drive from the Hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Out of the yard, the environment is normal. 20 minutes drive from the Ephesus area. There is a walking point opposite the hotel, and you can go there in the morning, almost no one. It feels not very safe on the dark road at night. The large-scale chicken ramen noodles sold by Chinese cuisine in the vicinity of the hotel is fantastic, better than the domestic taste.

It’s okay. I got a room at the hotel in the morning, but because I didn’t have the check-in time, I had to charge half a day for the room, and then I gave it to another room. The hotel facilities are old, the shower has hot water, and the simple breakfast buffet is ok. It was very early on the day of departure and the breakfast had not yet opened. The boss only provided one piece of bread per person. It is a 10-minute walk from the city center. The boss is too enthusiastic and keeps introducing agent tours.

The hotel garden restaurant is very flavorful. We live on the first floor. There is no window in the room, so I had to open the door that leads to the courtyard. When I first placed my order, the hotel’s facilities, bed sheets, quilt cover, etc. were a bit old, and the tabletops in the room were too limited. The prices in Selcuk are the lowest among the cities I have visited. When I placed an order, it was 304 yuan. After a while, the order will become 314 yuan, which is a bit expensive. The proprietress can cook Chinese food. But the portion is a bit small and the price is a bit expensive.

The location is about three kilometers away from the ancient city of Ephesus. We are very convenient to drive by ourselves. The car is parked on the road and it is very safe. The homestay is not big, there are five rooms in total, the first floor is the bar and the front desk. When we arrived, the front desk was two young handsome guys, English was very good, very warm and simple, helped us take the luggage upstairs and left immediately, this is the only waiter who has not asked for a tip in Turkey for a few days. The room is not big, there is no need to prepare slippers and toothbrushes, very quiet at night, you can sleep well. However, at 6 o'clock in the morning, you will hear the sound of prayer in the nearby mosque. The best thing is breakfast, rich in variety, reasonable match, this price, it is recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised at our find in Selcuk! Arda and Muharrem immediately made us feel at home with their excellent service and recommendations. The property is very well kept, clean and had everything we needed and more. We are so grateful for the round the clock cake and drinks, especially one morning we had to leave early. When Muharrem found out, he immediately arranged delicious freshly made omelette a for us!! Thank you for your hospitality and warm reception!

I stayed for 3 nights this week and just want to state all the acclaim given in the 5 star reviews is true. I am a solo female from the Midwest in the USA beyond a certain age. I did not want to leave. This was my first stop on my first tour to Turkey. Not speaking a word of Turkish-- not even please or thank you --I was still treated so well and felt so very comfortable in this very beautiful facility. I loved Selcuk and chose this location to visit Ephesus which was easy and economical--I was so grateful I could do so without joining one of the huge tour groups (while I would not discourage anyone from seeing the huge Ephesus site--if time is limited I would skip Ephesus). Take in in Selcuk; spend time in the museum; try the different restaurants and certainly walk up to the top but most of all enjoy Anz Guesthouse, its people and the walks around it. I will forever be grateful to Harry and his son Atti (from the other reviews, I have not done well with either of their names-sorry). They booked a sleeper for me to Konya that I was unable to do myself as well as a hotel that I could not reach.. while they are not a tourist agency they have absolutely given me every reason to love the Anz Guesthouse ...

The breakfast is rich in variety, and the hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the bus station, convenient to Pamukkale, Antalya, and Istanbul. Pamukkale has two buses a day, one at 8:30, and one at 11:30 (on November 27, there are two buses, and there are more buses in summer). In the past about 3 hours, there will be police officers on the road to check the guard. The boss is also nice, you can eat in the hotel, it’s the boss’s own hands. The only disadvantage is that the soundproofing is too bad, the sound of running water, fart, and listening to singing are unbearable.

We booked 1 night but loved it so much we stayed 3! Breakfast is excellent and room was spacious and spotless. Would highly recommend. The young chap speaks English too. It’s a short stroll to most attractions and set in a very quiet area of natural beauty. Also only a shirt 15 min walk to Ephesus.

We spent only one night, unfortunately, as one night was the only time we had in our plans for Selcuk. I choose the hotel for its location near Efes ruins. The place was beautiful, the manager or owner, was an incredible friendly and excellent host. The breakfast was right on time, delicious. I wish we could have spent more time in the area. The house of Virgin Mary is a very short drive from the Hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall simple hotel in Selcuk. The main story is about breakfast. It was different information in booking for me and hotel owner. He insisted several times that it’s not included in spite of showing not only booking with breakfast but the conversation with trip.com confirming that it’s with breakfast. I spent about an hour for such conversation with all counter parties. Finally at check out I was said that breakfast is always free in this hotel. I did not understand for what reason it was needed to insist about breakfast for several days in a row. We came here for the rest but not for business conversations. Overall it’s normal hotel for overnight.

The hotel has sandy beaches, but the beaches and seawater are average. The swimming pool is good. More than 80% of the hotel's guests are seniors. Staying in the hotel for two nights seems to be living in a nursing home! The bathroom in the guest room was smelly, and the spray head was not easy to use. I called the front desk for two toothbrushes and didn't deliver it until I checked out. There are many buffets, but too few are suitable for Chinese stomachs.

Not far from the bus station, it is a store opened by a couple. The accommodation is quiet. If you need it, you can tell the boss. The boss is very good and will try to help you (help us with an extra bed, refer to the road to eefes, help us book the havas ticket back to Izmir, and wait for the bus with us on the roadside until we get on the bus. ) The breakfast is made by the boss himself and it is very rich. Hotel location is very good, walking to the bus station and the Temple of Artemis, museums and other main sites and transit stations in Seljuk within 5-10 minutes.
