Premesso che questo è un hotel residence veramente grande dove immagino la difficoltà di gestire così tanti ospiti, devo accettare con delusione che ci si sente spersonificati e svuotati nella folla e anche presi in giro soprattutto quando si arriva alla SPA (12 euro) e si apprende che l’utilizzo della vasca prevede altri soldi in gettoni..assurdo..che anche gli armadietti della piscina vogliono 1 euro, piscina sottoposta a prenotazione! Quindi insomma vuoi andare in piscina? CODE. Vuoi fare la lavatrice? CODE, una sola lavatrice per tutti! Insomma prezzi alti per quanto in alta stagione a fronte del servizio offerto. Le note positive però ci sono: ristorante con qualità colazione ottima e personale mediamente molto gentile.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

The location of the hotel is quite central, close to ski slopes, shops and more. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. Views are excellent. There is a pool and a ski room, as well as a restaurant, bar and kids room. Modt of the staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.

We stayed in this hotel the Immacolata Bridge. Fit for children with the game room in the hall, we had a triple with mountain view and with an angle cooking (peccato could not be used for fire risk) Possibility to make half-pension in the hotel restaurant. With the bed sofa we were in 4 in the room. A little distance from the trails, but c is the bus nautical, by way of flight. Parking possibility in the free parking near the hotel (if free) or at € 30/day beyond the bar. The advice, gentle and available staff

We spent, in couple, eight days in February at the Diamant Park Hotel. The hotel is located in a strategic location near Funvia Col Rodella, the centre of the country and the bottom track, as well as the pedestrian track linking the neighbouring countries, immersed in nature. Breathed, comfortable, comfortable, clean, renovated and balcony rooms. Complete of all comforts! wide common rooms and meeting rooms that also allowed us to work. Customer careful staff and available at all times. The relax wellness area (complete with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bathroom and beds, showers) is completely renovated and is ideal for spending some time back from a ski day. We chose the half-pension formula, breakfast, full of many sweets and salt while the dinner made up of several main dishes included, in addition to the initial buffet, the choice between 3/4 first and 3/4 seconds. Sweet and fruit buffets, always different and different. The hotel's hotel staff and the hotel's staff were very helpful and helpful to find the best solution. We will come back as soon as possible.
