The Residence is managed by the Dolomieu I knew and the strong point is the always available and professional staff. I booked trusting the Dolomieu "brand" but what is described on the site does not correspond: my apartment was not "rustic" but simply old, it is not possible to attribute 3 stars to a residence like this. The fabric sofa was broken and was losing pieces, the ceiling had decaying wooden planks and the kitchen showed the wear of the years (in addition to having found dead insects in it...) in short, the age is evident and the 3-star hotels around they have much better standards. Certain figures cannot be justified by the proximity to Ciampinoi

Heizung hat 2 Tage nicht funktioniert (-7°), der Chef meinte nur, dass wir uns über solche Kleinigkeiten nicht aufregen sollen, er sowieso nichts dafür könne und wir untolerant sind. ;-) Handwerker standen unangemeldet in Wohnung. Schlecht/falsch ausgerüstete Küche.

Wij wouden naar het hotel maar zogezegd volzet terwijl onze vrienden na ons hebben gereserveerd en er voor hen blijkbaar wel kamers zijn We zijn met 2 baby’s ter plaatse, ze weten dit met de reservering Geen babybed Enkel en alleen maar trappen Bruin water uit de kraan Schimmel in frigo en microgolf Televisie zeer slecht geplaatst
