Hotel Can Riera ★★★★

📍 Passeig De Sa Creu 4 i 6, Moscari

"The ideal spot for a Cheel stay in Mallorca. Nothing like the hustle and bustle of other holiday destinations on the island. Moscari is incredibly peaceful and perfect for truly disconnecting. The hotel blends seamlessly with the area's vibe and is the ideal place to unwind. Buffet breakfast, very welcoming staff, super comfortable room with views, and a pool/terraces perfect for enjoying the wonderful surroundings. We were even able to enjoy a fantastic breakfast on the terrace in the middle of March."

Angels Boutique - Turismo de Interior ★★★

📍 Carrer dels Angels, 22, Selva

"Hotel with a lot of charm and precision in every detail, everything renovated and new, the pool is beautiful and very quiet, the breakfast was great! You can park easily and for free. I didn't give it a 5 because the bed was quite uncomfortable and if you want to go unnoticed it's not your place. I felt a little overwhelmed by the owner who controlled all the movements at breakfast and asked each guest how everything had gone."

Son Ametler

Son Ametler ★★★★

📍 Camí de Sa Bisbal, Selva

"This is an accommodation where you can enjoy the ultimate relaxation, tranquility, meditation, and even sightseeing. The owner is incredibly kind and even offers a full dinner course featuring home-cooked meals prepared personally. Please refer to the menu in the lobby. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay on our honeymoon. Also, be sure to try the Gukbap on the rice menu at Seller Khan Ripol restaurant in Inka. It is absolutely fantastic."

Sa Bisbal - Turismo de Interior ★★★★

📍 Plaça de, Plaça Santa Catalina Tomàs, 2, Selva

"We loved this small hotel - only a handful of rooms in a historic building with a beautiful pool in a private garden. Breakfast was excellent and served in the stylish modern hotel next door. Our room was in the attic so a lot of stairs to climb, but had fabulous views to the sea 16 miles away and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble."

Can Cota Boutique - Turismo de Interior ★★★★

📍 Carrer Aires de Muntanya, 18, Selva

"We have had 7 wonderful days at this cozy hotel. The staff is really helpful and serviceminded. The hotel is very quiet and relaxed. It has a nice little pool with a beautiful view. My Husband and I spent the morning with biketours and the afternoon at the pool. Selva is a small town with good restaurant. If you like to shop Selva is not the right place :) We will absolutely come back to Can Cota"

Ca'n Beneït ★★★★★

📍 Camí de Binibona, Binibona, Selva

"Absolutely wonderful in every way. Hubby and I decided to push the boat out and treat ourselves to a half board break in mid March. We can honestly say this was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, including for the marvellous comfortable bed, the simple (but excellent quality) decor, the glorious quiet location and superb food but above all the hospitality. It was a little too cool for the swimming pool but we loved the private warm (solar heated) plunge pool in the garden, and the sauna. So relaxing. We loved just walking out of the front door, testing some of the recommended walks and visiting a few bars in the neighbouring villages to share a friendly beer with the locals. Everyone at Ca’n Beneit was genuinely happy to see us and so helpful and welcoming. We felt properly like welcome guests, not just clients. (Incidentally this was in total contrast to the offhand, slightly obsequious and uncomfortable service we got a few days later in a fancy new hotel in Pollença, one which was totally style over substance and very disappointingly so, considering the rate). Thank you Toni and team, your finca is everything a really good hotel should be. We loved it and have already booked again for the autumn."

Petit Caimari - Turismo de Interior ★★★

📍 Carrer de s'Horitzó, 14, Caimari

"Lovely little hotel, recently tastefully renovated whilst retaining bags of character. Our room was spacious enough for two adults and a child to live in comfort. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom are a nice touch and the breakfast is fantastic - perfect for setting you up for a day of hiking the stunning local trails. The pool area is a lovely relaxing oasis Locally there’s a public outdoor swimming pool five minutes walk away and enough good quality restaurants so you don’t have to drive to eat in the evening. Service is friendly and attentive. In conclusion I rate this place and would happily return."

"This is obviously a fairly newly opened hotel, the rooms are clean and fairly well appointed, with fridge and blackout curtain. There was complimentary water on the first day. The large bed is actually two single beds pushed together making a super-king. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in and quite hard. Only one long microfibre pillow per person and a small cushion shaped pillow. Bed is dressed nicely with scatter cushions and blanket (I always discard these, not knowing who has sat on them!). Functional shower room, clean but no make up mirror and the lighting is quite dim. Complimentary shampoo and soap are of the basic variety so you might like to bring your own. Hairdryer is provided but very weak. Shower leaks a bit onto the floor and the hot water is fed from solar panels so if it's been a bit cloudy your hot water will be tepid. Nice breakfast, attentive and friendly service. The small pool outside is a real sun trap and it is nice to sit outside with a book. A few niggles and points for other travellers: no car park, the streets are incredibly narrow and the hotel is situated on a steep hill so you have to be confident with your driving to negotiate your way there. If you're lucky, you might get a parking spot outside (if you're confident parallel parking on a hill) – if not there is plenty of parking at the bottom of the hill, but it is quite a walk up with luggage. There is no concierge, you are given a key code to enter and a key card for your room. At the time of our stay, the lift was broken. There is no handrail on the staircase and if you are leaving early in the morning the staircase lighting is not switched on so you will need a torch. Despite there being no information on the website about rooms with balconies, I did notice one room had a balcony/terrace which looked really nice. One final point, the doors to the rooms need to be shut really firmly otherwise they fly open for no apparent reason once you have closed them! The town is very picturesque with quite a few restaurants to choose from. A great place to stay overall."

"Our second visit and still as beautiful. Tranquil setting and fabulous pool. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were friendly and always accommodating on every matter. Our room was lovely, but the air conditioning struggled to cope with the searing temperature. We came here for the peace and quiet and to relax around the pool. There were children who dominated the pool which was disappointing."

"I stayed here with a few other cyclists I rode with for a few days. Bikes can be stored in the garage with easy access/exit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast only so other meals must be eaten off site although there are several nice hotels within walking distance. I stayed in room #5 which is accessed via the lobby entrance. The A/C is not turned on until "summer" which although quite common in Europe in general, was unfortunate as the weekend I was there, the temps were in the low 90's F. Although there is a patio window exit to small patio with two lounge chairs, the patio is next door to the lobby patio with only a few plants to separate the two patios so it would have been easy to enter the room if the patio window was left open at night to help cool the room down. Another issue is that there were some ants regularly crawling around the desk table top."

"This place was absolutely extraordinary. Cannot recommend it enough! The owner tony and his incredible staff gave my girlfriend and I the most amazing week. There are NO bad surprises. The breakfast is amazing, views are fantastic and the facilities are perfect. Compared to other hotels this was miles ahead. Please give yourself the joy of finca beneit if you have the option. We will definitely come back!"

"While this hotel had some flaws, the good far exceeded the bad. We arrived late and had previously been given a code to let us in after hours since reception was closed. We were exhausted and ready to relax when we walked in to find our room smelled strongly of sewage. We were then disappointed to see only one pillow on the bed. We slept with the windows open to air out the room. We went to bed questioning our hotel choice, but when we woke up in the morning there was no trace of the scent. We went down to breakfast where Catalina greeted us and prepared us a meal fit for a king. She seemed to genuinely care about ensuring our needs were met. She then offered us extra bedding or pillows!! So that was our fault for arriving late, we could have had more had we arrived before reception closed. We slept much better the following night, and experienced no more smells. Breakfast was once again delightful thanks to Catalina. She also arranged a taxi for us to the airport, stowed our bags so that we could explore the town prior to our departure, and allowed us to use the facilities after we had checked out. We would 100 percent recommend and stay here again. "

"Just back from 4 nights at this very friendly establishment. Our room was comfortable and Sue and Alex looked after us very well. The setting is lovely with the silence broken by sheep bells and we ate well in Selva. A great base for exploring this part of Majorca."
