"Bad points-Most of it! No aircon or heating working. we were told it was out of season! Huge rowdy groups of young foot ballers banging on doors most the night running up and down outside the rooms and really disturbing sleep, Very rude waiting staff in the restaurant that’s after you queue to get in. Basic food more set for the French and Spanish guests and that goes for the poor evening entertainment too. Room very basic with tiny stools for bedside tables. No plug near the mirror or seating to do make up or hair in a mirror. Pool was very cold and dirty. Good points-Bar staff!"

"I have just returned from a slightly damp week in Lloret. For the third time I chose the Hotel Miramar. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that all of the bedrooms have had a complete refit and upgrade. The bedroom is in a soft and very comfortable pastel oatmeal shade. The bed was brand new and had a very comfortable mattress. It felt almost as though it was one of the new memory foam ones. I slept really well. The wardrobe is now open-plan and more than adequate for two people staying one or two weeks. The safe in the wardrobe is strong and simple to use. The bathroom was well laid out with a large, walk in shower. The shower its self was great. A real deluge of lovely hot water. As is often the case, this hotel is made by the high quality of the staff. From reception to Breakfast Room to outside covered restaurant the staff were excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable, they were a delight. As I was suffering from a knee problem, the ladies in the breakfast room even made and brought my coffee to me every morning. The breakfast was well cooked, well presented and tasty with a huge range of choice. In the outside restaurant the choices are interesting and I can happily say that I had some great lunches and suppers. My thanks go to all at the hotel for making my stay an excellent experience."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in an excellent location – everything is close and easily accessible, yet it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the positive, welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of local specialties. We were especially impressed by the amazing choice of desserts and fresh fruit, as well as the freshly squeezed juice served at breakfast. The prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. This is a perfect place for families with children, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!"
