The hotel is loaded with tourist groups who are unfortunately pretty rowdy and rude. Service at the hotel itself was excellent, and for the price and location it’s a reasonable stay, as a ski-in-ski-out hotel. Breakfast is a standard Prince Hotel buffet.

There are few dining options, only three restaurants, and no lunch is served after 1:30 p.m. Dinner is expensive and small in portion

There are 4 shuttle buses every day, just email in advance 3 days in advance, the open-air bath feels great, you can rent and use the guest lockers in the basement of the hotel, and the hotel buffet price is reasonable

There are shuttle buses to and from Morioka Station, but you must make a reservation and the driver will call out your name.
You can go to the official website first and pay attention to the event date. We came on weekdays, and some activities (cable car stargazing, family ski park) were not scheduled. It turned out that they were only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
We stayed here on the first day of the ***** New Year, and there happened to be fireworks. Although it was only three minutes long, it was still very atmospheric.

The check-in staff introduced the hotel attentively and cleaned the room attentively. The ski rental staff are very patient. 
But the quality of the food in the restaurant is average, and all the shrimps in the seafood are rotten. And some of the waiters are not polite to the guests.
