Easy access with good accommodation. stay for short period.

Bad service. When made complaint the bed cover is dirty, it takes time about an hour waiting the housekeeping to come. When coming, the cleaner said they already clean that room without looking to dirty bed cover and badmouthing/complaining that they had to entertain picky customer. No manner poor attitude towards customer. Need to train cleaner respect with the customer and check 1st the complaint. Thank you.

Honestly, I booked this hotel because it was the closest to Nottingham University and had a 4.0 rating. However, the hotel is very basic, the sheets weren't particularly clean, and the toilet paper was really low quality. The front desk staff were nice though. The price was cheap, so maybe I shouldn't expect too much. I won't be considering it again next time.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The price is reasonable, and the facilities provided are adequate. However, the mattress in my room was quite uncomfortable and caused some back pain. That is the only area I would suggest improving.

Located at most congested area in Semenyih Old Town. Service provide is good. Facilities was not so good , as the Water Machine was not fill-up with water-box(tank). Bath room with no exhaust fan, make the Bath room become so hot and smelly.

My visit to semenyih is for run program at semenyih eco venture.. The hotel is about 10km from run venue.. Simple room, comfortable, there is convenient store and few restaurants nearby walkable distance.. Room only supplied with shower gel n shampoo.. Aircond and water heater work well..

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was a mess. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, failing to address my basic questions. Throughout my stay, the service only worsened. Requests were met with sighs and delays, and simple inquiries were treated with an attitude that bordered on rude.

Been here second time. Room is clean and the staff are very nice. Quite easy to get food around as there a KK Mart beside the hotel and there a 24Hr Mamak Restaurant as food is not an issue.
