Room Condition:
The hotel is quite old and a bit rundown, so it’s understandable that the furniture is also aged. The table lamp/study light looked worn out and could use some maintenance.
Service:
Check-in at the front desk was smooth, but we faced an issue with the TV in our room. We couldn’t watch any channels at all. At first, we thought it might be due to the weather, but the TV in my parents’ room worked fine. We scanned the QR code to request assistance and received only “Noted” as a response. We sent two messages and got the same reply both times. Since there was no follow-up, we went to the front desk to report it in person, but unfortunately, no action was taken until we checked out. That was quite disappointing.
Car Park:
Try to avoid parking directly under the trees, as there are quite a lot of weaver ants around the area.
Breakfast Buffet:
The breakfast buffet was okay. The kurma chicken tasted more like ayam ungkep, which was a bit misleading, but I actually loved it since I really like ayam ungkep.

We used to have a pleasant stay here unfortunately this trip was a nightmare to us. Room cleanliness is average..there were ants n mosquitoes..bedsheet had stain..toilet bowl was the most terrible i cant even sit on it..
Buffet breakfast was crowded with few big groups of organisations in the same section as us normal guest. Food was running out so fast n it took ages for the kitchen to top up d food. Queue for scramble egg never get shorter ! We had to share the tables wh other guests since no tables for two or for four people available.
Pool is also average with no lounge chair available so u have to sit on d floor by the pool.
No more phone in d room to call reception to complaint it seems that they are now practising the qr code to communicate with them unfortunately the qr code is no where to be found in d room. After i got my qr from the reception n whtsap them my complaint only a single sorry for a reply and no explanation is provided.
The room that i booked is so called a premier room but to me it doesnt reach the standard.

bilik besar gila . dapat menghadap pool pulak . anak mengamuk nk mandi pool . breakfast nothing to impress . biasa je . kind of boring hahah sory , sbb name as resort tapi breakfast boring . okay okay lah boleh haha . bilik byk nyamuk . xtau la sbb pintu bilik ke pintu balcony ke . tapi tumpas 3ekor jugak hahaha . overall okay je . ohhh kedai runcit ade tapi tak bukak2 . anak nmpk peti ais ice cream xp xblh beli . tension mak 🤣

Resort feel, spacious, ample parking space, elevators all work fine. The male housekeepers greeted us too. The restaurant staff during breakfast are all smiley and helpful too. Front desk, bell boy everyone is friendly. Really love the vibe. The bathtub works fine too.

The room was big and had a balcony. The whole hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and has a lot of sports activities to take part in. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing since there were no options for vegetarians, or sweet options, moreover, the food provided was not well seasoned, and presented.
