The room was decent; for Japan, the triple room I booked was quite spacious. It's conveniently located, just a short walk from Sendai Station via the pedestrian bridge. It's also close to the shopping district and restaurants, most of which are within walking distance.

Great value for money stay near Sendai Station. This Hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport. The Staff were ALL very Friendly and Helpful ! We would definitely stay there again !

Taking the bus or train to Sendai Station, the hotel isn't far from there, and it's super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The hotel is right across the road from an observation deck. The hotel breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. They tidied up and restocked amenities every day, even though I was staying multiple nights and didn't really need daily housekeeping, which was still a nice touch.

Too expensive for the price, but worth during golden week. It’s very complicated walkway from the station, but they are very helpful in providing short cut ways. The room is very small and stuffy.

Truly a 10/10 experience. The interior is just as aesthetic and spacious as the pictures suggest. It’s perfectly situated near public transport, making it so easy to get around, yet it remains peaceful and quiet with zero street noise. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent. This wasn't my first time staying here, and it certainly won't be my last. I’ll be recommending this spot to all my friends!

The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai.

Be aware of lower-floor rooms with odd and smaller numbers, as they are very close to the railway and can be noisy. Try to avoid them. The hotel is relatively close to Sendai Station, about a 3-5 minute walk.
