The room was decent, and breakfast was à la carte. The beach is right next door, with direct access from the restaurant. The hotel doesn't have too many rooms, so it's not crowded. Overall, it was pretty good.

I'd been eyeing this hotel for a while, and staying there really proved it was excellent value for money. Right outside the hotel, there's a stunning sea and a black sand beach where you can find coral, giving it a very natural and untouched feel. The rooms themselves are fantastic (we stayed in two different types: a sea-view room and an upgraded large suite), and the service is spot on. Breakfast is à la carte and delicious; although the portions aren't as large as a buffet, it's definitely more refined. The only issue we encountered was the air conditioning breaking twice, but a whole team came to fix it promptly.

The environment is quite good, the sunset is beautiful, and there's a singer performing.

We had an amazing stay at The Sudamala as the staff could not have been friendlier. We were blown away by the service and would like to say a special thank you to Dedi, Eldrin (I think I’ve spelt that wrong but he went camping in the north of Lombok with his family over the weekend) and Emi for making us feel part of the Sudamala family. The food was incredible, from the à la carte breakfast, delicious lunch in the bar and superb dinner overlooking the sea with a beautiful sunset. I think we tried most things in the menu between us and were never disappointed Would highly recommend if you want a truly relaxing few days.

Compared to other resorts in Senggigi, this place is a small but mighty gem offering great value for money. At around 500+ for a night, it's incredibly affordable. With fewer guests, watching the sunset from the hotel every evening is wonderfully therapeutic, and there are some water activities available along the shore. I tried both the hotel's dinner and spa; both were upper-mid quality with beautiful presentation. The à la carte breakfast is also very generous, including two drinks and a main dish. Aside from the open-air bathroom being a bit hot, I would definitely consider staying here again for another vacation.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Service was excellent as was the food! Got a chance to get a massage at the Mango Tree spa which was also lovely after all the adventures. The staff was very helpful with also helping us organise the outings which were definitely memorable

The staff were amazing. Looked after us and couldn’t do anymore to make us feel welcome and at home. The food was also incredible with a real personal touch with the chef. Location was great on the beach front with amazing sunsets. The local advice from the staff helped us make the most out of our trip. Will be returning

Our several night stay was delightful.. We really appreciated everything about this resort. The location was desirable for us in Sengigi and is also set back from the busy road providing a quiet atmosphere. The service level was brilliant with every interaction with staff professional and positive. Special shoutout to Chef Jiandi who kindly assisted to navigate through the extensive menu. Food quality and ambiance is exceptional matched with a perfect service level, despite prices punching a tad higher than similar Lombok properties. Room is gorgeously appointed, spacious, quiet, impeccably clean and both of our rooms had excellent views towards the beach. The bedtime stories and cookies are a thoughtful touch and treat. Pool and surrounds are beautiful and ample lounges provide a nice level of comfort. Beach bar is wonderful for sunset drinks and beyond with those gorgeous Lombok sunsets ever so memorable.

This stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here! What stood out: A Special Shoutout to "Superman": I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking. Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day. The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating. Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was very beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. We received complimentary tropical fruit, cookies, and even bedtime stories. The beach is right by the water, which was great to walk along. The breakfast was occasionally hit-or-miss but still good.

This place is definetely one of the the best hotels in Senggigi. Service and staff is 10/10. We stayed at one of the panoramic suites; very comfortable, great amenities, beautiful view. If you are planning to visit Senggigi, this is an excellent place to stay.

What a pleasant surprise! The views are stunning, the decor is beautiful, and the restaurant food is incredibly delicious. The hotel has such a relaxing vibe; all I wanted to do was lie back and watch the sea and the sunset. The spa was also very comfortable, and the massage strength was just right for Chinese tourists.
