Oh, I didn't take many photos, but the Hallasan view was amazing, and I had a great time with my family. I'll definitely visit again next time! :>

This was a cozy and pleasant hotel. Furthermore, one of the main reasons we chose Suite Hotel was the kids' library, which had a great selection of Gyowon books. My child absolutely loved it, so we were really satisfied. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was simple and had fewer options compared to other hotels, and dinner at the restaurant was really, really underwhelming. Despite this, our overall satisfaction was still good.

We stayed in the Bunker Room and the kids absolutely loved it! It was my first time seeing a hotel provide double baby guards after requesting them, which was fantastic. I could put the kids to sleep with complete peace of mind. We didn't use the heated pool, but there were quite a few people in there. I'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jeju. The Bunker Room was amazing!

The facilities are a bit old, but the staff are friendly.

Rooms, pool and location were great. Service in restaurant, bar and poolside were slow (felt understaffed at times).

Everything was great, but the breakfast was a bit of a letdown for the price.

While the swimming pool was a bit disappointing, the room condition was generally satisfactory. Given that it was a family trip during a holiday period, I was quite pleased with the overall value for money.

The swimming pool was nice and had warm water, though it was on the smaller side. The restroom next to the pool wasn't clean, which was inconvenient. However, being able to take a pleasant walk to the beach and stroll on the sand left me relatively satisfied.

Location of this hotel is ok, pretty close to the beach and some restaurants. But in general, I wouldn’t say it’s the best location in Seogwipo. The hotel itself has very thin walls, so it was extremely noisy, and the hotel staff said there was nobody above or around us in the other rooms. So imagine the noise if we had neighbors 😢 they were very nice and offered to change the room, but we stayed for only 2 nights, so there was no point. The room itself is pretty small, and the bed is small for two foreigners. The pool is nice, and that area could be pretty chill, if there weren’t so many kids screaming and running around. The hotel looks clean, but I have a severe dust allergy so I know it was dusty, even though it doesn’t look like it. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR, like really, it was one of the best breakfast buffets ever. All in all, I would say this is an average hotel and it’s a bit pricey for the things you get.

Friendly service. Delicious breakfast featuring salmon, cream cheese, bagels, salads, decent coffee, and a selection of Korean dishes. The heated pool is a great bonus for colder weather. Free parking is available, and the location is convenient—close to Starbucks, waterfalls, shopping areas, and several museums. Jungmun Saekdal Beach is about a 25-minute walk away (5 minutes by car). If the room is on the first floor, there is a terrace with a table and benches.

Hotel is located in the Seogwipo enclave. A few restaurants are within walking distance, but no shopping malls. We liked the daily buffet breakfast spread, good quality selections. Rooms are well appointed, but not much in room amenities provided, considering it is a 5-star property. Overall a nice hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights and I made a mistake booking an extra night and the staff was so helpful and they returned my money with no hesitation. I recommend this hotel, the beach is near by, just a 10 minute walk and the breakfast is great, western and Korean dishes.

Staff efficient. Price reasonable at least by the criteria of the overpriced neighborhood that is jungmun. Outdoor pool nice but could use it bigger, as is the twin bed room size. Frankly small enough to trigger claustrophobic feelings, that room.

The swimming pool was lovely. I had planned to have breakfast on the first-floor terrace, but unfortunately, it rained, so I couldn't. It was a bit of a shame, but I'll definitely try again next time!
