Vistacay Hotel Worldcup Reviews

I chose this hotel because I was participating in a trail running race starting from Jeju World Cup Stadium, and it's quite close. The hotel is incredibly budget-friendly in all aspects, small but has everything you need! I look forward to coming back next year! (The rooftop balcony offers a nice view.)

Well if you are travelling with group of friends maybe you will enjoy your stay, as for me I did not enjoy my stay and the service wasnt to my taste. There are convenient stores around as well as uber service. A lot of choice restaurants too. Hotel is easy to locate from the Seowipo post office.

It offered great value for money. It was a shame I couldn't swim since it was September, but it was still a good stay overall. My only minor gripes were the lack of conditioner and toothpaste.

The layout was a bit unusual. It was quite inconvenient to have the toilet, shower, and sink all in separate areas. Additionally, the front desk staff were unfriendly. I don't think I'll be returning.

Overall, the room size was good, but the pool was more like a toddler pool. It's excellent if you're visiting the Jungmun Tourist Complex and surrounding areas. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay in the quadruple room.

The hotel is poorly maintained, and they charge for everything, even the towels. There were three of us, and we only had one shower towel. The pool is fine.

This hotel in Seogwipo was spotless, from the building itself to the room. The breakfast was delicious too. It offered fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The beds and linen are good, and the service was nice. That said, the facilities are white old as are the rooms. Only one bath towel is provided per room (though they were nice and gave us a second one). The bathroom works well but is also quite old. Of course, the price is really good, and if you are out all day sightseeing these details don't really matter. If you want to spend much time in the room or on the roof though, Id think again. For us, it worked well and I'd go back because of the price. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on it.

He had a suite, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made communication very smooth for a seamless check-in. It's also very close to the Jeju World Cup Stadium, where you can see the Chinese team's name – great for a commemorative photo!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, truly deserving of a glowing review! The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, with superb public transport connections nearby. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local dining spots and tourist attractions. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring new and comprehensive facilities. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbance. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Overall, it provides exceptional value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning to come to this area.

Had a great stay at the Vistacay hotel. Immediately upon entrance, the place smells amazing. The person at the front desk was kind and communicated well (in english too.) My room there was comfortable, clean and had a great view from the window. It is in a good neighborhood and close to most facilities. It was a shame that during my stay the pool was currently undergoing maintenance so I wasn't able to use it...but maybe next time. 🙂

Great stay for families very big room! Enjoyed our stay

Hotel was great, the staff was amazing and very helpful. I had an esim that I bought from klook and rented a car at Jeju, I had a little issue with the car and needed to ring the rent car company to check. I wasn't able to ring the number for some reason and the lady at the front desk helped me by using her phone. I then asked how much for using her personal phone to ring the number and she said no charge at all and was happy to help. The men that was at the reception was also helpful, they helped me cook the food that I got from 7 eleven and wrote down instructions. Any questions I had they basically helped me and answered them. They were amazing, I stayed in room 518, the room is good but it could do with bit tidy, e.g. when I return late night to the room, I would find the bedsheets left as I left them, the bins were taken out etc, just the bedsheets not tidy. Overall, if I went back to Jeju l, I would stay at the hotel.

Hotel pretty much ok, would stay here again. The bedroom is very big.
