This is the perfect accommodation for a bicycle trip. Although the amenities are a bit far away, the facilities were clean and the service was perfect.

The hotel quality is good and the price is reasonable, but there is nothing around it.

It feels like an old hotel, but the owner is friendly. The towels smelled and the shower head was broken. It felt poorly maintained. There were no amenities nearby.

It seemed like the front desk closed early, and it was inconvenient that I was assigned a triple room when I had booked a Deluxe King Room.

The air conditioner was faulty, so I couldn't sleep well. The location isn't good either; I think I should lower the rating to 2 stars.

The location is a bit remote, with limited public transportation, but it's perfect for a self-driving trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was friendly, and I was generally satisfied. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 2 nights, but the next day the bedding wasn't made and there were cockroaches in the lobby bathroom, which was embarrassing.

I was suddenly in need of accommodation due to a Chinese language conference. (It's a bit of a walk from Jungmun) However, the interior is clean and satisfactory.

I came back to use this hotel near Jungmun after 6 years. It's not fancy, but it's quiet and somehow makes you feel cozy and at home. The floor is wooden, so the indoor air is comfortable without the stuffiness you feel in a typical hotel. You can feel the warmth of the winter thanks to the underfloor heating. The bathroom feels a bit old, but the high water pressure and Jeju water are quite good, so my skin feels soft. The soft and cozy bed has all the conditions for a good night's sleep. The morning breakfast overlooking the beautifully decorated garden is not fancy, but it is satisfying. I think it's the best for the same price. This is a place I would like to visit again.

The hotel itself is fine if you just want to sleep. If you don't have a car, it's too hard to get around and there's nothing around. I didn't get my room cleaned once during my stay. I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

There was no one at the front desk, and Trip’s message said that the front desk was empty. 24 hours a day, but stay open until 23:30. The floor heating around the room didn't work for a long time. I tried again and again, but no one answered me at the front desk. I asked Trip oTrip for help but couldn't find anything in the end. I went to the hotel, but the hotel said that all rooms are the same, and changing rooms was useless. It's just that it snows heavily in Tianwanzhou from time to time and is very cold, but I can make do with it for one night. The staff came early the next morning and said that the other rooms were fine, but the floor around my room was warm and in need of repair. Li; I don’t know which part of what he said to Trip is true.
