I liked that the bedding and towels were clean. The staff's service was also good. There was plenty of parking, which was a plus.

Nice Location, nearby with convenience store like 7e and G25. Price reasonable

The room was a bit small. The location is excellent. However, the service was incredibly inflexible. They were completely unwilling to accommodate an early checkout and were very rigid about room changes. The service here is a stark contrast to what you'd find back home. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, and I even found a sheet with a stain, and another that was torn.

The staff very helpfull and friendly. The location is near the olley market. It is just the room quite small. We don’t enough space to open our luggage.

Washing machine in the room is a plus but need to pay for the detergent if stay for less than 3 days. Twin room is a bit tight . Choose larger room if need more space for suitcases

A decent and comfortable stay. If there is not enough parking lot within the hotel, there is another parking space opposite the hotel. There is a washing machine within the room and the staff will give a free detergent pod if the stay is 3 nights and above. They also do provide a drying rack if required.

Everything was great except for the breakfast, haha. At 15,000 won per person, I think it's really not worth it. The breakfast was the only disappointing thing; the rest was fine.

The hotel does not provide any bath towel just small towel. Location wise is ok as there is a 7-11 store across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby

Among all the accommodations in Jeju, you won't find a cleaner place at this price point. There was no strange smell in the room, and it was incredibly clean. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit to Jeju!

The room and parking were perfect. If I had to pick one thing, we would have liked to have been able to leave our laundry running while we enjoyed sightseeing around the hotel, and also, it's a touch screen, so be careful! These are minor details to keep in mind, but knowing them can help you enjoy your stay even more.

Victory Story Hotel is located in Seogwipo, about a 10-minute walk from Maeil Olle Market. There's a ginseng chicken soup restaurant next to the hotel, and a GS25 and 7-Eleven just a short walk away, so the hotel boasts excellent amenities nearby. The hotel also provides a washing machine, which is a much-needed facility for guests staying multiple nights. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small; once you open two large suitcases, there's not much space to walk around. Additionally, there was a slight hiccup during check-in. Since the hotel shares its front desk with another hotel, we initially went to the wrong counter. After we finished checking in, another group of guests also made the same mistake.

The location is great, very close to Olle Market, but the water pressure was really weak, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at Hotel Winstory for the first three nights of our family trip. While the room itself was fine, our check-in experience left a poor first impression that’s worth flagging for other travellers, especially families. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30pm with two young children who had just been on a red-eye overnight flight, exhausted and in need of rest. The official check-in time is 3pm, and the front desk staff member refused to let us check in early, even by a few minutes. When we explained our situation and asked if there was any flexibility, he was unable or unwilling to give a clear explanation for the refusal, and simply repeated that check-in was at 3pm. We had no choice but to wait in the lobby with the kids. Then, at 2:50pm, ten minutes before the supposed cutoff, he suddenly handed us the card key without explanation, despite having insisted just minutes earlier that 3pm was firm. What made this more frustrating was that the hotel was clearly only around half occupied throughout our stay, so there was no operational reason rooms couldn’t have been ready earlier. The rigid (and inconsistently applied) policy, combined with an unhelpful attitude at the front desk, made for an unnecessarily stressful start to our trip. If you’re travelling with young children and arriving on an early flight, be prepared to wait it out regardless of circumstances, and don’t expect much warmth from the front desk.
