I really enjoyed the daily hot springs. The pond view from the breakfast restaurant was also very beautiful. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no namul (seasoned vegetable dishes) in the Korean menu selection. Among the breads, the kraftkorn was my favorite, and I was touched by the selection of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which I could choose according to my preference. When I stayed on the 3rd floor before, it was fine, but the noise in the 2nd-floor room was a bit of a letdown. I also commend the use of reusable amenities.

The hot spring facilities are great, and the mountain and sea views from the room are so therapeutic! There's a shop on the first floor of the hotel where you can stock up anytime, and with your check-in receipt, you can get discounted tickets to several attractions and museums. Highly recommended!

A bit far from Jeju city but definitely worth the trip. It’s in the tranquil somewhere no where location but I love the tranquility and the nature surroundings. The staffs were friendly and there’s some tourists’ attractions nearby too !

My stays at Dianex are always satisfying! All the staff are friendly, and I felt that they paid a lot of attention to cleanliness and facilities. I used the hot springs twice a day! It's a very satisfying hotel, though it's hard to get a reservation. I highly recommend visiting the Bonte Museum!

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex. Super clean and relaxing environment. The staff was very friendly and available to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious too, we were able to try many local dishes. Only downside is that a guest was smoking on the nearby balcony, which caused unpleasant smells.

The hotel had a great view, and my wife loved being able to use the hot spring every day. The room itself was clean and used high-quality materials. Breakfast was decent enough.

Loved the entire stay. Enjoyed the room and the hot spring. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped to make a reservation at Biotopia next door where the food tasted amazing. Items sold in convenience store on site is reasonably priced. To note: You will require proper swimming attire and cap to use the pool.

Very nice and peaceful hotel. Comfortable bed with great breakfast that overlooks to a pond. There are good restaurants 15-20 mins drive away and yes their onsen and sauna is definitelythe highlight. Great for tired legs and bodies post Hallasan hike.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Room - Very big, super spacious, clean and they provide you with free snacks and water! Hotel - loads of things to do, the best thing is the hot springs! Open until 9pm, and free to use if you are a guest at the hotel, I went everyday whilst staying there. There is a bakery inside and a convenience store which was perfect as you were slightly away from shops, of course it's Jeju! Staff - Super friendly and most could speak English Location - not near by anything but you could get a taxi and you weren't too far, around 30 minutes to the nearest waterfall and cafés. 100% recommend!

I went there for the hot springs, and they were, of course, excellent. The location is also fantastic for sightseeing, with Bonte Museum, Bangju Church, and Biotopia nearby. Camellia Hill is just a 5-minute drive away, so I really got to relax amidst nature. The breakfast was also great value for money. I plan to go back with my friends. I even got to see a lot of stars at night, which was a nice change.

The place is clean, and the breakfast is delicious—I really liked it. The pool is also spacious and clean. The staff are friendly too. However, I felt uncomfortable because the sauna staff kept following me around whenever I moved in the bathhouse. They told me to put my hair up before entering the hot tub (which wasn't mentioned in the rules, and I wasn't told about it on the first day either...). They also kept staring at me in the bathhouse... And when a child came in from the pool, dripping water, they scolded them for making a mess.

Excellent Hotel. Look exactly like the photos or better . Love the hot spring and will come back again . ! Very happy

The Annex Jeju provides a peaceful, romantic mountain escape. The spacious, clean rooms offer total privacy and beautiful nature views. Love the free, unlimited access to the luxurious indoor swimming pool, open-air hot springs, and relaxing sauna. The quiet atmosphere ensures an intimate, deeply refreshing getaway. The staff are super friendly too!

This is my third visit, and I'm always satisfied. The onsen sauna and breakfast are particularly great.
