The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus stop right outside, which makes getting around quite convenient. They provide disposable slippers and also have a self-service laundry room. The pool is cleaned every morning.

Nice European style decor, with a bathtub and swimming pool view. Quite a few restaurant options nearby too and very easy to move around with buses and uber too.

I was truly impressed by how clean and incredibly friendly everything was. I chose this place for its location, and my kids absolutely loved playing in the heated pool. My family and I had a comfortable stay and slept really well. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. I'd definitely come back 100,000%!

A little bit old, but the overall staing experience was great.

While I was traveling alone, I can see that this hotel would be nice for couples and families too. It’s in a quiet location but not far from many of the sites you’d want to see in Seogwipo. All the rooms face the ocean and have lovely views. In addition to comfortable rooms (mine had a sofa, jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean and a balcony), there are pools, multiple decks and a garden. The staff was very nice and helpful. While I only ate one meal in the restaurant it was very good. I would stay here again and do recommend it.

Location is no good, no eateries surrounding. the housekeeping is the Worst of all. the rubbish bag full of rubbish was left on the floor in the room and another rubbish bag in the toilet was not replaced. this is the first time i have seen this kind of housekeeping in a hotel. it is truely shocked!

Was very happy with our stay there, a fantastic view of the sea from our room.

This was my third time staying at Goldone Hotel during my Jeju trips. The first time was with my partner, the second with my spouse, and this time it was a family vacation. The swimming pool is heated, which was great for use even in winter. This time, the water temperature was around 30-35 degrees Celsius, which was warm and comfortable, so we didn't feel cold at all. My parents were very satisfied, and my child loved it too. Although there aren't a huge number of rooms and the front desk entrance isn't grand, the rooms themselves are comparable to a 5-star hotel. My whole family felt it was just as good as a 5-star, even wondering if it was a great value hotel! The king-sized bed was spacious, and the room was very clean and nice. For breakfast, during my previous visits, I had the room service breakfast, so this time I didn't opt for it. However, if you're traveling as a couple or with a partner, I think having breakfast would add to the ambiance and be even better.

A comfortable stay. Though dated, the hotel provided many facilities, including a heated pool. Room was large and kept clean daily. Easy access to dining options and our drives to other parts of Jeju Island.

Location is a bit isolated with only one convenience store nearby. There is no supply of dental kits nor vanity pack for use in the bathroom. No TV Program guide in the room making it difficult to select from more than 300 channels. Restricted supply of bottle water per day with any extra at a cost. Breakfast menu is limited with the unusual offer of one egg(only) and a slice of beef steak as the highlight. Facilities in the room tend to be aged and not in good condition e.g. fallen parts of the sprinkler head. The cracking noise of unknown object and quaking noise of the wardrobe doors each time it is opened or closed are as annoying as they are frightening especially at night time. For a 5 star hotel, completely lack of concierge and porter service. The availability of jacuzzi bath tub and heated pool can help a bit but otherwise will not recommend to my friends.

The place is so clean and the staff are so kind and extremely eager to help...The front Desk staff called Mr Choi is very kind to everyone and he really committed to making sure the guest get satisfied and comfortable during there stay at the hotel. Breakfast was my best ever and the Lady at the restaurant entrance has very good service and communication skills...im sorry I didn't catch her name. I give a 10/10.
