호텔 위치는 좋고, 만족합니다. 다만, 예약을 듀플렉스룸으로 했는데 일방적으로 디럭스로 다운그레이드 되었습니다. 호텔 측 답변은 트립닷컴 측 오더 오류라고 말했고, 저는 어쩔 수 없이 디럭스로 숙박했습니다. 트립닷컴 측에서 빠른 시간 안에 확인 후 차액을 보상해 주시기 바랍니다. 적절한 조치가 취해지지 않을 시에는 그에 맞게 대응하도록 하겠습니다.
