Hotel only gave small face towels which is a bit ripped off. They don’t change bedsheets for us even though u stay for 2 days. Counter service is not friendly. They don’t help to throw rubbish as well, they ask me put the rubbish outside the door.

Decent hotel in the east of Jeju. Udo Island and Seongsang Ilchulbon are a quick 5-10 min drive. Many food options nearby. Laundry is also available at the hotel itself (washer + dryer). Only con is that parking is at an open area across the hotel so be prepared to carry luggage for a bit / prepare for wet weather.

The hotel was great. It was easy to check in via a self check in kiosk. The room was quite spacious, however, there was no safe deposit box in the room. The bathroom was spacious, however, there were only small towels provided. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it is not far from u-do island ferry.

One of the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Jeju with the perfect view of Seongsan sunrise peak. There’s a 7Eleven at the hotel lobby and reasonable traveling time to the attractions we have planned.

While the beds were clean and the room was splendid, the guest reception was very unfriendly. We came in around 2pm to ask if we can check in early, she simply refused us and didn't want to talk to us and kept pointing to self check in at 3pm.
