Hotel Zinc Reviews

This hotel was very dirty. Under the bed we found cigarette buds and chicken bones. I don’t think the hotel is good at cleaning. The hotel does clean the rooms everyday but it still stays really dirty and theres still dust and hair on the floor. Also, the outlets on the headboard sides didn’t work. Sometimes they did work and then they would stop working. The room service was very slow too. Sometime they’re understaffed so they ask us to come down to pick up towels ourself which is fine. But just letting you know the room service may be slow. Also, my friend was also staying at this hotel and told them they needed to give a 10,000 won deposit just to get a second card key. They gave us a second card key with no problem (my room was korean) but refused to give my friends room (my friends weren’t korean) a second card key. They required a 10,000 won deposit or asked take a ID as a deposit.

The location is convenient for transportation. The room was big and clean. The service staff are extremely friendly and kind. My friend's suitcase was broken and could not be opened, and the thermos bottle was dented and could not be opened. The counter staff were very patient and helped to solve the problem. The dedicated washing machine in the room is also very useful.

I went on a trip to Jeju with a friend, and it was a great value for money for two people. I didn't request breakfast, but I requested it after arriving and ate it for one day. The location is great, it's close to the Olle Market, and there's a convenience store right next door, so it's very convenient.

The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The nearby scenery was nice. There seemed to be a well-maintained walking path and there were many good restaurants.

The location was really good~! It's the best value for money accommodation~! The interior of the accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures~! I used the accommodation after receiving a recommendation and it was really good!

The room is small but very tidy. There is no cleaning service during your stay, but it is not really needed. The location is good, there are a lot of food nearby, and it is very close to Olai Market, a 10-minute walk

Hotel service facilities are great

It was nice to be able to stay in a good hotel at a low price. The location is on the main road, but I think it was a little bad because there were fewer places to walk nearby than I thought. Still, I have a plan to revisit.

It was a consecutive night, but they didn't bring water and towels separately, and if you need them, you have to come to the desk to get them.

The location is also close to the market and not far from the city, so it is comfortable, clean, and well maintained! Convenient facilities such as a microwave, sink, and washing machine are provided in the hotel, so it would be good for a long-term stay!

The lines next to the upper floor are very noisy in the high castle. I thought they were possessed by ghosts.
