Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is super delicious! . The room was clean and big spaces.

Lotte Hotel- no valet parking but free. Cute and adorable Hello Room and whole 4th floor. Very comfortable beds. Very overpriced but worth every penny just to stay in a themed room. Had the seafood pasta for dinner at the lounge and it was very good. The eel dinner was not very good and pricey. The facilities are nice and swimming pool is huge. Too bad we had rain for our stay here.

Great stay! Loved the pool and pool menu, amazing show from the pool deck too.
Food was great!
Really close to the beach, waterfalls and botanical gardens.

Overall, it is a basic hotel~
La Seine dinner is delicious
There are no people in the indoor pool, so you can swim like an emperor
The indoor pool and fitness center are free, but I don't understand why the sauna is paid
