"The location is in the middle, the room is wide, the proprietress is good in English, and the staff is friendly. The nearby restaurants are authentic and the price is close to the people. There is a full barbecue restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel."
"This is a hostel right in front of Yongmeori Coast.
I caught it in a hurry, but it was wider and cleaner than I thought ~
There are convenience stores and restaurants just 2 minutes walk away, and the location was good. However, the accommodation on the second floor was a bit difficult to carry luggage because it was necessary to go to the stairs, except that it was good:3"
"Originally living in the city near the airport, one day I went to Hanna Mountain to play. After playing, I wanted to continue to take the bus all the way to the south. I came to the Chinese area. I thought that the airport area was too far away that day, so I booked a hotel temporarily.
This hotel is close to the standard of the homestay, the facilities are average, but it is very close to the beach. The scenery of the morning walk to the beach is very beautiful. The price is also very high during the Spring Festival."

"A family of 4 stayed in the deluxe room, and it was so comfortable that we stayed for 2 nights.
The swimming pool usage time has been changed from a 3-part system to free use, so that's it.
I love it, the kids can have fun in the heated pool.
I really enjoyed my staycation.
It was so nice because it was quiet and secluded."
"The hotel is located in seogwipo-is the southern city of Jeju. Its entrance is not easily spotted, however there is a 7-11 convenient store just around the corner, a McDonald is within 5-10 minutes walk and many nice restaurants nearby: seafood, black pork BBQ etc. The room size is big and mostly clean despite the dated design. The traditional black pork restaurant is not to be missed with tasty food at reasonable price. There are many places of interests in the surroundings within 15 km drive. The service crews in the hotel are commendable, especially staff manager Jenny and her team. Jenny has been most helpful with information on suitable places to visit that made our trip most memorable. Definitely worth a return stay and visit!"
"The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least."
"Compare to whole hotels let I stay in this journey, This Hotel is the best one. Even compare to the same level hotel Grand Hyatt Jeju, Parnas Hotel Jeju still the best one. Specially the service, they have extremely clear introduction about the hotel when you check-in, even you're a foreigner, they still try their best to let you understand. And every staff which in hotel is friendly. Amazing View, greatest service, and comfortable room. Is the best choice to stay in here when you want a relaxing holiday. The only problem is that there will still be a little noise in the rooms, the soundproofing is not the best."
"Much worse than expected, the room is the same as the folklore, the facilities are very general, the same as the private residence, the front desk service is also very general, I feel that the business is not familiar! ! !"
"Zen Resort has an unforgettable sea view. It cleverly combines natural beauty with unique design to provide guests with a comfortable and artistic leisure environment. The resort is located in a unique geographical location, and the beautiful seaside scenery is refreshing and ideal for relaxation. The design of the room is equally impressive, and every detail reveals the pursuit of aesthetics and the importance of guest experience.
Although the resort's hardware facilities and natural environment are impeccable, there is still room for improvement in service. In particular, the luggage storage service is currently only available in the lobby and lacks effective management, which brings inconvenience to guests who need to continue to enjoy the resort's facilities after checking out. In addition, once the check-out procedures are completed, guests seem to no longer be considered guests. This one-size-fits-all approach ignores the actual needs of guests who may still need to use the resort's services. It is recommended that the resort can provide more humane and flexible services, such as setting up a dedicated luggage storage area and providing more detailed services to ensure that all guests can enjoy the care and convenience they deserve even after checking out."
"If you need a relaxing trip, this is a suitable hotel which is next to the dolphin park. And there is also a bathtub in the room, so you can watch the sea when you take a bath. The only problem is that there is a building in front of the hotel now, so the view is not the most perfect.
BTW, host is very kindly, even you aren't korean speaker, he will try to use translate APP to communicate to you."

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious.
Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining.
My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

Iiveta_rigaOur room was in a main “old” building. The walls in the hallway are dirty, the carpet is dirty too. You can see that everything is outdated. I haven't been in the annex building. I can't tell you what it looks like there. The breakfast is very good. The view of the sea is very beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are cool. It cost 35€ to get to the hotel from the airport by UBER taxi. UBER works great. Loved the ravioli at Martin house restaurant next to the hotel.

SSrf25This is a really nice resort! A lot of things to do here!
It’s a little bit far from the beach but if you rent a car this will be the best place to stay and have the most relaxing days!

Jjeffrey159Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.

JJSTKStayed for 3 nights while travelling Jeju. Great location to nearby Seogwipo Olle market and art street. Room was well maintained, spacious and smelled clean. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. If youre travelling as a family, do note to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day, instead of 4.

AAsankaA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”.
First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.

GGuest UserA very cost-effective hotel located in the city of Seogwipo. Airport Express Line 600 is right outside the hotel. There are many attractions around. It is a short walk to Olla Market. I highly recommend the Bubble Tank dive shop next door. It is very professional. The fish feast and seafood set meal at the entrance of Cheonriyeon Waterfall are economical. It is also very convenient to climb Hallasan, the highest peak in Korea. Take the bus to Seongpanak Station. The World Natural Heritage is free to enter (book in advance)
