I booked this hotel for my business clients. 1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area. 2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it. 3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases. There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service. 4. facilities were good.

Cheap when you are military related, we were not we had pay in full. Everyday same breakfast was little bit boring.

This is a hotel I often use when I go on business trips. It is good because the price is cheap and it is well managed. Also, the people at the front desk are friendly.

It was clean and convenient for the price because it was newly built. Free parking was convenient. It is a place I would come back to again when I come near Suseo. You need to prepare your own toothbrush or buy toothpaste.

I had to go to the hospital, so I stayed for a day. I was worried it would be stuffy, so I chose the terrace type. It was a bit windy and cold. But when I turned on the heater, it was dry. Except for winter, the terrace is quite large, so I think it would be okay then. Other than that, I was satisfied overall, and I want to come back again when I go to Seongnam. Parking was very convenient. ~~

Second stay. It is still a place where people can relax and unwind. Transportation, food, and shopping are all very convenient. Quiet and comfortable. Really great!

It's a good hotel for the price every time I go on a business trip. Cleaning is better than before. There's no mart or anything around, so it's a little inconvenient.

I went to Kidzania in Seoul on Saturday and there was no other place nearby so I made a reservation for about 6kn. I got a 15% discount on the Saturday dinner buffet for guests so I had dinner and got a discount on the pool so I swam. The room condition was better than I thought so I enjoyed Hawkings. It was really good. Please note that it is cheaper on weekdays.

I stayed here with two friends and myself. Thank you for accommodating our requests at check-in. The rooms were spacious and convenient, so we were able to relax with our friends. I'd like to stay here again!

In the emerging town in the southwest of Seoul, it is basically a newly developed residential area. The hotel belongs to the Korean Navy. The service attitude at the front desk is very good and can communicate in English. The room is very clean. If I are nearby, I will be willing to come back and stay there again.
