Hotel Bliss

I came here on a business trip and it was pleasant and nice. I'll come again.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient place to live. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. However, the bathtub had a slight odor, which is something to keep in mind.

The facilities were clean, there was a sauna, and the room was in good condition, so I was very satisfied. The transportation was also convenient, so I think I'll use it often on my next business trip.

It was nice that it was close to the station, and it was very convenient to stay for a day when I was on a business trip.

I have visited a few times because the place is clean and the facilities aren't bad, but I think the middle-aged man working during the evening hours needs customer service training. I received the room key but forgot the room number, so I asked. He said it was on a piece of paper, but when I told him I had thrown it away, he looked annoyed, didn't answer me, checked it, and then told me. There was something that bothered me every time I ran into him, but after seeing that behavior, I decided I would never come back. It is truly regrettable if that person is the owner.

Located near Jeongja Station, it's conveniently located and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I often use it on business trips. The rooms are spacious and the TV is great.

First of all, it was very clean and spacious, which was nice. However, the room is not soundproof at all, so it's noisy. I can hear the sound of chairs being pulled up and the sound of people using the bathroom.ㅜ And since they also run a large room, there's a cleaning cart that goes around the hallway even after check-in, which seems to contribute to the noise. However, it was close to Jeongja Station, so it was convenient to use.

The facilities are good, but the service is unfriendly.
