friendly & helpful staff . Faced some technical issues, staff proactively helped to resolve problems. I had to stay in 2 different hotels instead of 1. most convenient if room located on same level as registration counter, else need to take to take lift to kitchenette.

Very good place

The environment & service of the hotel is good, the room is clean. The only problem is difficult to find the location for the first time visitor!

The location is great, at Exit 7 of Chungmuro, about a 2-minute walk away. The room is also very large, and there is free tea and microwave in the public area. I highly recommend this room👍🏻

It's good that it's close to the station and within walking distance of Myeongdong! The water pressure in the shower is good. You can't flush the toilet paper. The walls of the rooms are thin so you can hear the people next door taking a shower! This time, the people next door were foreigners and they were making noise until late at night, so it was very noisy. I think it would be a good room if the people next door were quiet.
