Walking distance only 5 minutes to subway but it’s really quite place for family trip, many delicious restaurants nearby

Good 1. Super huge TV for viewing enjoyment 2. Plentiful of breakfast items 3. Clean and spacious room 4. Male reception staff on duty was friendly and efficient during check in 5. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel 6. Attractive weekday rates

Lotte City Hotel Guro was a perfect hotel for my visit to Seoul. The facilities and the team are superb. There are many vibrant restaurants and cafes in the local area.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great. Great service. A bit far from everything but the subway was close and easy to navigate. The location is perfect if you don’t want to stay in the city center.

Hotel is sleek, modern, clean, with great amenities and services. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, convenience stores and malls too. Near to subway station, and airport bus stops by right outside the front door!

Stayed here for a few days with my friend. First of all, the hotel does not help you with luggage, they have no concierge. I had 2 large suitcases and they were just staring at me. When I asked for someone to help with the luggage up to my room, the lady said “oh sorry, we don’t have staff for that”. This should be a lodge or a motel. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay there again. I wanted to check out, but my friend stopped me because she was too lazy to change hotels. Otherwise, poor service.

Best hotel in terms of layout, storage for big luggages and shoe rack. It has heated toilet seat and bidet. Place is quiet.

3 star hotel , good for business trip and family vacation. Standard Room have enough space and have shuttle bus directly reach airport. Shopping mall , subway and food plaza is within 10 min work

The hotel is very good and hygiene. The breakfast has decent options. The staff needs to be more friendly. And basic amenities in rooms is below average class.

I used to live in Korea for a long time and wanted to explore an area where I didn't go too much while showing my sister around. It was a great location. Not too far from the subway station (line 2). There are hills though. It's near a lot of restaurants and banks as well. If you need to exchange money, a t-money card, or just a card to use to buy things, they have a machine in the lobby that can do all of that in one card. The room was clean. Had a bath and a bidet. You need to have your own toothbrush. If you don't, they do have a vending machine for that. Service was great. Checking in and out was easy. There is an airport bus stop right in front. You can ask for a schedule at the front desk. Side note: There's a lady that sells 붕어빵 3 for 1,000 won on the way to the hotel from the station.
