Staffs are professional and are used to international travelers. Clean, good amenities. Nearest subway station is about 10 minutes away by walking. It's close to other place of note such as Coex, Seolleung, and of course Gangnam. All in all good for the price.

Can I just say that photos provided from the hotel is extremely deceiving?! We checked in and was stunned when we walked into the room because of how aged the room was as compared to the contemporary style in the photos. These rooms were definitely not well kept. I feel like I went back in time! Honestly, I feel a little dirty if I don’t walk in the room with shoes on.
When I asked if we can switch because it was not complementary to the photos online, they immediately shut me down without even trying to look through their system stating that they are completely booked. My presumption is that non-members or members that book through other travel agencies are assigned to these rooms. Regardless, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
